It took 4 weeks and countless phone calls to get internet, cable, and phone connected at my new home (two services of which I already had at my old home). My account was deleted once, lost twice and upon getting upset (which I felt was reasonable, given the circumstances), I was transferred to other representatives, some of which couldn't even help me, given my issue, and had to connect me back to the original department but a different representative. With my previous provider, I was very happy with the service I received but was underwhelmed by the product itself. With AT&T it is the opposite and I am hoping to not have to contact the support team now that my services are connected and working. I have attempted to give this feedback on multiple phone calls but was greeted with short apologies and assurances that it would never happen again, only for that same call to end in more headaches.
