We had been AT&T Uverse and internet customers for a number of years but decided to try another provider when price increases made it necessary. Was with the other provider for three weeks with multiple service calls, terrible channel line-up, service interruptions, and very poor customer service. Called AT&T and they of course welcomed us back with a very competitive rate, great service, great channel lineup, and faster internet speeds than we had previously. Absolutely the best customer service and personally I think Uverse is much better than Tivo. All they will have to do to keep us is keep the rates competitive after the one year introductory rate.

She explained everything to me including what my total monthly bill would be. When the technician can to install the service, he was very courteous and was quick to get everything installed. I am so disappointed in AT&T it is beyond belief! I moved from Midland Texas to Lubbock Texas and I called AT&T to let them know so I could transfer my service. The person I spoke to set up an appointment for installation on Monday, August 31st and told me my new monthly fee would be $83.99 and they would not charge me an installation fee since I was transferring my service over to my next location. The technician came out on August 31st, used our same equipment, installed everything, and all was working fine until Saturday, September 5th when AT&T turned off my service for no reason! Well since it was Saturday, no one could help me in the "sales department" and since Monday, September 7th was Labor Day, I had to wait until Tuesday to speak to someone about helping me. I was on the phone on and off all day trying to get to the bottom of it all. Finally they said they would set up another install for the next day, Wednesday, September 9th. Then I find out they charged me the install fee so I had to call them yet again and get that taken off. In addition, my bill could not be the $83.99 because they said they couldn't honor the same promotion so my bill went up due to AT&T's fault and to add insult to injury, I see that they checked my credit score. What a joke!! I paid my bill, and never one time late, yet I felt treated like a criminal. I will tell EVERYONE!! Facebook, Twitter, and You Tube are included. Maybe you should treat your customers with a little more dignity than this!!

We switched from a local cable company who provided us with TV services as well as 50 Megabyte high speed Internet. With the AT&T U-Verse U-200 package and their 45 Megabyte high speed Internet, we not only had a greater selection of television channels than we received from cable for about the same cost, we actually had a more reliable Internet service because we didn't have to share bandwidth with others in the neighborhood. One of the greatest features I have enjoyed is that we could troubleshoot our service by using our smart phone or computer without having to call a customer support call center. We are pleased with AT&T U-Verse!

I have had the internet service for less than 2 weeks. My first interaction was with the man that took my order. He talked me down from the option I had chosen. Smart move. He saved me money and set up insulation. The service tech arrived on time and did the installation, programmed both computers and my phone. Very professional and friendly. I previously had Clear internet service. The service was very spotty. While watching a 1 1/2 hour Netflix movie I would have 6 to 8 stops. I would take more than 2 hours to get through the movie. I noticed an immediate improvement on the internet especially on movies. There would be times that the bar that shows time in the movie and how long left for the movie. There was no loss of signal. I do not use my phone for internet. I did get notices that I had an unstable internet connection. I called ATT service center number. I explained what was happening on my phone. She checked my computer and did some adjustments. The adjustments were done while we were talking. The call was less than 5 minutes. Problem solved.
