Excellent service from beginning to end. The only mishap that occurred was in scheduling. They gave me one date and rescheduled for a date one week later. This is understandable as the first date coincided with the week of Christmas. The installation technician was extremely knowledgeable with the ins and outs of Uverse as well as helpful. I would recommend this product to my friends.

I would love to give 5 stars because the speed of the internet is fantastic. However, installation service took a week to happen. The day that the installation was supposed to take place was Tuesday August 11th between 11-2:00. I actually received a phone call the day before confirming the timeframe. I called at 1:30 the day of to check a status and was told that the installation wasn't supposed to happen until Wednesday, the next day - very frustrating to say the least. Anyway, it ended up getting installed the day it was supposed to, but I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to get it to happen. I planned my schedule to facilitate this install and was really let down by the lack of preparation from AT&T's end.

Good job-the guys had some trouble with install and were to follow up but they didn't; I never heard back from ATT so I called and was told follow up would be in a few days (to complete install)-when I told her that wouldn't work it was set much sooner to complete it. Service has been good so far-had to call for an issue (redeeming gift card)-representative was very helpful. Thank you.

Great cable and internet signal; however, customer service takes forever to answer you by phone. Every time I called they had me waiting for 10 minutes (at least). Yes, I had to call more than once to customer service because the sales representative did not include all the packages they first mention to me when opening the account --so always double check what the package includes. Also, the worst part about the service was that my installation was not until 2 weeks after I had activated the U-verse account. I don't care if you guys are overloaded with appointments. For customer service and sales, U-verse deserves 1 star! Product deserves 5 stars. Average = 3 stars.
