I received a call about 20 minutes before my scheduled install time in which the technician just wanted to let me know that he would be at my house in about 15-20 minutes. The technician arrived and went straight to work and had everything installed within an hour. The technician even took the time to try and use my personal router on the internet system, but we couldn't get it to recognize the service so he installed the AT&T router. Really a painless process and the internet speed and service has been great so far.

The coordination between sales and installation was very poor. I was told that I needed to be home from 9 AM till 11 AM on the installation date but no one ever came to my house. Then when the service was not working at 11 AM as I had been told I called the service number. They told me that I would not have service until 8 PM. At 9 PM when I still cic not have service I was told there was an outage in my area and that I would have service by 8 AM the next day. On the next day I finally got service between 8:30 and 9 AM. I was charged over $100 more for the installation than I had been told and the monthly amount I was to be charged was 30% higher that I had been told. When I called to complain it took 3 separate calls to finally get some one to put the bill back to close to what it was supposed to be. After more than 1 hr on the phone I gave up and accepted the slightly higher first bill but the on going bill should be the correct amount. As for the service so far it seems adequate. Ray Purifoy
