I'm a bit disappointed, to be honest. I ordered, and was promised, service to commence on a certain date, and made arrangements to be off work and at home on that date. However, I subsequently was called back by and told that my installation could only be done four days later. I was promised by the sales associate that the technician would enable wifi for me and that all hookups would be done while they were at my home. A couple of days after the installation, I attempted to use my Blu Ray player, and discovered that it had not been hooked up to wifi. The installer and his supervisor had both come to my home for the service hook-up, and both left their names and numbers if I had "any problems." I called the technician installer twice and asked for help, and never got a response. I did the same thing with the supervisor and never got a response. I finally figured out, through trial and error, what to do and got the service complete myself, several days later. So far, AT&T's service level has been poor, accordingly. Again, I'm just being honest.

I am very happy with my new package of U-Verse TV, internet, and phone. All are easier to use than my prior server, simpler and sensible to use. As a new user, I punched a few wrong buttons on my remote control a few days ago and was totally panicked. I called the phone number but didn't get what I needed. So I went on line and found exactly what I needed. After answering a few questions on line, I had my answer and I was so pleased. The main reason I changed services was to save money, as I am an older lady living mostly on Social Security, and this package was such a blessing that it will save me $75-$80 a month. Thank you AT&T!

I was promised an earlier install date than I was given, so that was a big negative to start. Secondly, I have had lag in trying to stream tv shows online. However, the ethernet hookup has been strong and now that everything is set up it is certainly better than the alternative. I must admit though that the extra cost of install and equipment was not budgeted for and has been a burr in my saddle so far.

Everything seems to be working appropriately. Picture quality, sound, channels are great on 3 TVs. Internet connection is fast and have had no access problems. Telephone seems to be about the same as before, however its a telephone how much should it change. Thanks.

I am a 91 year old WWII veteran who has been married to a wonderful wife for 71 years. Since she has dementia, is feeble and legally blind, I decided to down-size and move into a Senior Center while I was still able to drive and make good decisions. Since I had used Verizon for several years, I thought I could transfer every thing and even keep my phone number. Low and behold, Verizon is not in Mesquite, Texas; so, I thought since I had an AT&T's cell phone for years, I called and asked if they could provide me with the necessary service for my apartment. They treated me with the best courtesy and service that I could ever ask for.
