I set up service for our new home in a different state and they screwed up the date of installation. I would never have known if I did not get an email and then I had to call back and make sure that they were coming on the correct date otherwise no one would be there.
The tech was great. He got me set up quickly. Once I was connected I ended up paying extra to upgrade to HD channels because you can definitely tell a difference. Not even sure why they have SD channels. But now it's all good, love AT&T.

I have always been fond of AT&T service. I have worked as a Premises Technician for U-Verse and have always boasted about the service. I would recommend this service to anyone.
I met the most incredible At&T installer. He was deligent and very polite. All the info he had said their was a jack in the closet. No jack to be found. I haxe lots of bookcases and heavy antigues. I was careful not to cover jacks and outlets. He found the right one and after several phone calls to verify I got connected and was able to send this review.
Although my AT&T service was promised to be delivered by the 1st of December, it is now not even going to be attempted until the 11th. Given that I use this for work, it is now costing me a chunk of change to have a new house with no internet access. I was required to go and purchase a hotspot for temporary internet access at a much more limited speed.
The internet is way faster than what we had before. I am really happy with the services. The outside sales tech was great and was very helpful. The only thing that I was unhappy with was the inside support team. They were not very helpful and they were a little rude.

When you get to speak with a human they are great and knowledgeable. But most of the time you have to deal with robots. And you know how that goes...
customer service is great After being with comcast for 8 yrs and being overcharged,charged without being told, for service on their poor equipment. and being disrespected when pointing it out, by two supervisors I am thrilled with the service and genuine people who are properly trained in sales,service and respect for their customers. I've bought my AT&T Uverse Combo by phone - excellent support and guidance through the alternatives and costs provided by the attendant. Installation service was very professional and on time. Internet is fast and stable, but you must test the speed during the installation to ensure proper frequency settings. My first 3 weeks of service have been without any issues. Hope quality remains as is overtime.
HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE They sell you something at some price and the reality when you see the bill is 80% more than what promised, I was without internet for 7 days because they disconnected it when I ordered the TV....very very bad !

We are so pleased with our new U-verse internet connection. We plan now to move two existing numbers to this address as well. We have been AT&T customers as long as we can remember. The technician who came to install our service was an outstanding individual and one who we are certain you are proud to call in employee of your company. Love everything about AT&T. Their customer service, the lot of services they offer, everything is great. I have a service scheduled from 11-2 on a Friday. The technician was there at 11:30 and he did not leave until 5:45 until the job was done. He waited for another technician to bring him another wireless receiver instead of just re-scheduling the appointment. He installed all new wires. He went above and beyond to help us and I was extremely happy with his level of service. I would've tipped him, if legal! They are more on the expensive side, but definitely worth it.
I was first charged something I didn't even ask for. But after calling two times the second call the women who helped me was extremely friendly. She didn't get off the phone until my bill was completely fixed.
The cable/internet hook-up was scheduled within a reasonable time (4 days, 2 business days). The technician called about 4 hrs prior to the scheduled time to confirm that I'd be there for the installation and give me an eta for her arrival. She showed up about 1 1/2 hours into the promised 2-hr window. Installation took about 2 hrs. She was pleasant and respected my property. Everything worked as advertised. No call-backs needed to correct problems.
