JOSH Reviewed ATT Reviews

I was a little disappointed that it took over an hour to get signed up over the phone and it took so long to get service installed. The service tech who installed was great, professional and knowledgable. He left his name and number to call at any time and helped me set the best possible settings for my tv. I just received my first bill and have questions regardind the internet, they billed me for the internet and an internet usage fee. What is the difference.
