The installer came to my home with in 30 min of the service start time even though it was 3 hour window. Internet & cable were hooked up with in minutes. Ryan was very polite and even followed up with an email with contact info should I have any concerns. then I went online and synced my wireless phone with cable & internet so they would be on one bill. The AT&T aps & Uverse aps are my favorite part. I can watch any shows from my phone or ipad- awesome. thank you AT&T!

Great customer service
Technician who came out was good. Phone help terrible--- very hard to understand. I still do not have my phone number--- 2 weeks after placing order and one week after installation. When I called today (3rd date that I had been given re: importing of phone number) I was told that order to previous provider was just being requested. And then the contractor who I was told would be here today to bury the cables did not show. They did not come after I waited all day----when I called just now I was told there was no such order. Very frustrating!
U-verse works great! Happy with the service we've received, and that it still runs smoothly even when we are streaming multiple things at once!

ATT has provided the best customer service, and answered all of my questions as they arose. There was an issue connecting and the tech had to come to my place.he was very professional But the system was down and it took a while to Get the registered for Internet. Apparently the system was being Updated or something like it. It was a week day in the afternoon. I would think those updates are done when there is less traffic. However he was able to "push" my registration through. Then, I wasn't able to change the Password for the Internet and we couldn't figure out why it wasn't taking my device access number. The fwd/back slashes are confusing but we tried them all. He asked me to try again because mauve I was locked but the system never gave us that error. A little too unassertive for a big co like ATT.
The installation took 5 hours with a new technician who had to call in other experts when he got stuck. Surprisingly when I called in on Saturday night regarding some technical issues there was no weekend technical support. The recording said I had to call on Monday during regular business hours. That meant no fixes for two days. Otherwise, the services are fine.
While they first installed the wrong wireless router and wiring, they were quick to come and fix it the second we let them know it was an issue. Ever since then it's been great.

Calling to set up the internet service took a little bit too long, but was helpful and patient. The installation guys were nice and professional. The internet speed is excellent, as I expected, worth the money. Better than what I used before.
The woman who assisted me was very helpful, but she did give me wrong info regarding the Frontier Secure she encouraged me to purchase.

I switched from Time Warner Cable to AT&T and the price and customer service has been amazing.
Very professional and friendly customer service. Technician was thorough and took time to answer all of our questions. My only other comments are that there was some mix-up with our installation date and time, and I also found it confusing trying to figure out what some of the "applied discounts" were on my account page, but I contacted customer service, and they were helpful.
Sales associate on the phone told me that I would receive a monthly discount if I used my own router, which I already owned. Installation technician knew nothing of the program, and didn't try very hard to get my router to work / had little knowledge of modems & routers and what AT&T's provided model was. Otherwise service was good. Don't have much extra time to track down all the details of the offer the sales associate offered me.
The internet is really reliable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality internet with good costumer service.

I had a very pleasant overall experience with At&t. I was on hold for 35 minutes to start but after getting a hold of someone they could not have been more helpful. I loved the professionalism of the man who installed my equipment; not only was he courteous, but checked to be sure I fully understood how to use my equipment since I am new to AT&T.
My installation took extremely long due to construction obstiacles and the entire system needed to be updated, however my ATT technician was the nicest gentleman. Poor man had to work outside in the 105+ weather and go back and forth to that and my 4th floor apartment. Even though it took forever, he was kind and thorough, and that's all I could ask for. They had to come out three times to fix the remote that didn't work, the Internet didn't work had to come out to fix that. I was very sad being a brand new customer.
Everything works like a charm! I gave four stars instead of five only because the installation guy came late. We had a time frame set for him to come between 2pm-4pm and he showed up after 5pm. That is a little irritating when you have to take off work and they show up that late. However, he was able to connect everything and he was very professional. I absolutely love the U-verse U300 TV and I love that it comes with the movie package!
I received great service both on the phone and during my home installation. Setting up new service was quick, easy and painless. The internet works great except for a few disruptions to service recently. Overall, I'm glad I switched back to ATT.
Was hit with a bit of a surprise when I found out my installation was not going to be the standard modem hook up, but rather a 6-hour install of a fiber optic cable that had to be run through the wall. Despite the nasty surprise, it was a fine experience. My technician was very friendly and got the job done as quickly as he could, and now I have very reliable internet service. Would say that this was better than my experience with time warner.
Great service from Pete setting everything up. The box has needed to be reset a few times out of the blue. Overall I'm satisfied & hope to not have any problems in the future.

I just renewed my service after being a customer for about 7 years. They are still be best rate for the services offered. I made a mistake 2 years ago and switched mobile service to Sprint. It was a horrible decision. Do not ever leave At&T for Sprint. Thanks At&T. I'm a happy, loyal customer of more than 7 years.
I prefer AT&T over some of the other companies however ever since I have had it installed I've had nothing but problems from the billing department my bill is constantly wrong they had the wrong order on the installation and the promotion I was originally quoted was not what I've been given and I still haven't received part of my promotion to Amazon Prime. If only they would just get everything in order with their customer service and billing then this company would it be above all the rest. I really wish they would make it so we could use the receiver box to watch Netflix like their competitors.
My original salesman promised service within two business days to hook up a home phone. When I received my confirmation email, it's stated it would take up to 10 days to get my home phone installed. After speaking with another eight people supposedly, my service would be turned on within three days. I was etven given a window of time to be at my apartment. No one showed up. Upon speaking with seven other people at AT&T, I again was told it would take up to 10 days to get my home phone service installed. I finally got to speak with a supervisor, who promised I would have service the next day between one and 5 PM. I requested internet installation for Thursday 06/11/15 at 9am. Although the technician came in late because of issues setting up my account, he was excellent at helping out and answering any questions. So far I have my service is working great.
I had to talk with people in Illionis for my Austin, Texas installation. Very confusing they said they had lost our order and we're trying to find it, so my installation would be delayed by four days because they had to work me back into schedule. I asked why because I was ahead of the others and now because of ATT mistake I went to the bottom of list. Now while talking with ATT, Illinios my phone rang and a local ATT, person left a message saying they would be at my house within thirty minutes. My U-Verse and Internet was installing and working great, but it appears that ATT should look at their scheduling. It's like the right hand does not know what the left is doing.
I love AT&T uverse my internet runs so smoothly and when I do have a problem the techs are always helpful because I know nothing about that area. Ha

The service works well, however the transparency in pricing is frustrating. The salesman who I activated my service with told me the install and activation fees will be waved and gave me a rough estimate of what to expect for a monthly bill after tax. Now I find out the the activation fee was not waved and the "rough" estimate of my monthly bill after tax is actually the exact amount only before tax. To make things more frustrating is customer support keeps saying the activation fee is a "creditable" charge and nothing they can do. Not entirely sure what that means after I was already told it would be removed. Seems similar to Time Warmer where your account never gets "noted" with the pricing you were initially told and the support person tries to up sell you to another promotion only to find the promotion is only for three months and your bill goes up again.
Love AT&T. The customer service is always stellar and they make my online bill pay super easy.
So far service has been great. The installer was not only fast and did a great job, but he was incredibly friendly and polite.
GREAT EXPERIENCE. HAD NO PROBLEMS SETTING UP A DIFFICULT SERVICE FOR MY TOWN HOME CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. GOT EVERYTHING I WANTED AT A PRICE CHEAPER THAN I EXPECTED.

I recently got my AT&T U-Verse service set up and the gentleman who came to put everything together was wonderful! He was patient and incredibly helpful with all my questions. Customer Service was great. The products themselves are also great. I had a hiccup recently and called into customer service, once again I received timely and more than adequate service. Overall, I am a happy customer and plan to continue with AT&T.
You initially treat your customers in a nice way, however once we buy the service the prices will change and the treatment will be worse. This is not the expected way, Faking customers is the not the ideal business way. I am cancelling my service soon ...... your competitors are looking for people to change and you are not the only company in USA.
I turned to AT&T because I've had such issues getting consistent internet service from my cable provider. They are down all the time in the evenings and on weekends, and I've been working with them for years. I just switched to AT&T and so far service seems great. But I've got a huge complaint, and I can't find anyone at AT&T to discuss. I've called and I get put on hold for more than an hour. I got my service installed on the 17th, It is only the 23rd today and my answering machine is filled up with 99 (the limit of machine) hang ups and phone calls from solicitors. My phone is ringing off the hook. I've talked with about a dozen of the solicitors calling me to get off their list and found out AT&T sold my number. And I'm getting barraged. The phone rings non-stop all day. I want to tear it out of the wall. I'm so disappointed with AT&T, and so sad that I made the mistake to sign a two year contact where I'm not stuck being harassed all day.
This has been by far the worst experience I have ever gone through. I have dealt with too many people and even when I spoke to a supervisor I didn't get the help I needed. AT&T you are in communications there should be some between your departments or maybe don't have so many departments for every task of the order. When I ordered new service this should have been made much more easier for me as a new client but I know see that I just another chain on your link of millions. No treatment of appreciation as new a business customer was laid out. I felt that I knew more about my order than your staff. I could go on about my experience but from reading your latest reviews it looks like I am not alone. You definitely change your method on the way you do things when setting up a small business account. Treat it as a individual account, I have a personal account with AT&T and have did not incur such problems when I started my account.
I had AT&T U-verse back in Indiana, and was lucky to be able to get set up with the same service, for the same price, after I moved to Texas. Installation was easy (just plug the green cord into the wall) and my service was activated about a week after I initially called. So far, I've experienced only a few hiccups, with internet dropping about three times in the past two weeks, but was able to restart the router to resolve the issue. So far, I am satisfied, and will continue to monitor service reliability before recommending to others.
U-verse has made watching TV easy with our family. My kids want to watch show different from my wife and I and we can do this now by recording or just switching rooms and watching on different TV's. Thank you.....Not to mention the internet connection is great, extremely fast and reliable. My wife and I are both teachers and need internet for research and planning.
Quick and simple to get set up. Happy with the service thus far…just wished my internet was faster. I have times where I have to run a speed test to get my devices running at normal speed. Technician who did the install was great as he walked through the entire process and was extremely respectful.

Great customer service during setup of my U-Verse service. The technicians put in a good amount of overtime to get me setup. Now that I have U-Verse, I will find it hard to change to another provider. Scott
Great. Our house was a difficult install with phones, Internet, and TVs--six of them. Noble Brown was proficient and patient making it all happen over the course of about six hours. By coincidence, an ADT repair person was scheduled to come the next day. The ADT guy said aloud that he was impressed with the job Mr. Brown did making sure that the phone service worked with his alarm system. Mr. Brown also did a good job of explaining Uverse. We had a second tech come out because one phone wasn't getting a dial tone, and the Internet router wasn't strong enough. My wife's lap top would lose connections. Nathan Castle was great. On a scale of one to ten, he's a ten. Both problems solved in short order.
U-Verse Elite comes at a great price for great speed! The technician was running a wee bit late (well, almost three hours) but still came to set up the internet even though it was past work hours. Lovin' it so far. Going to try and get some student discounts though.
I am enjoying AT&T services. However, I decided to get the service through with a combined package with Direct TV and being billed separately . The package is outrageous and cost does not save any money. I now have to now call AT&T to tell them I what to be billed with Direct TV. Had I known this I NEVER would have had the service with AT&T installed.
We used AT&T for internet service in Birmingham, AL and now in Austin, TX. The service has been great in both places. The internet is fast and we never have any connection problems. The installer was very helpful and went above and beyond in quickly setting up our service which had to be brought to the house from the street. AT&T is definitely the internet service provider to choose for fast connections, great service and good prices.
So far so good. Installation was a day late, but works well. I just need to make sure that I get the money back for my gateway. I used a gateway from my previous Uverse account, and I was told that if I returned the gate way I was just sent, that the charges would be removed from my account. If you make sure my account is not charged for that material, then my experience will have been a really good one. Better than any previous with ATT.
I have been an AT&T customer in the past, never had a problem with my service. I recently moved into a new place and fell for the "Other Guys" promotions. VERY BIG MISTAKE!!!! After 2 months of the worst cable and internet service I have ever experienced, ( couldn't even hang with them long enough to get my free tablet)!!) I switched back to AT&T, more channels, very fast internet, exceptional service with a monthly bill that is $70.00 less than "Other Guys" Glad to be back with you AT&T, sorry I cheated on you, boy did I pay the price!!!! THANK YOU! for the exceptional value and service, you have a customer for life!!!
Installation took way longer than expected because of an outage in the area that the technicians weren't aware of. They were otherwise pleasant and professional, I just lost a lot of time sticking around while they worked. My service start was delayed a day due to the outage but I was able to reset the modem myself when it had recovered. I may have to upgrade my speed in the future because it's not great, but otherwise it does what I need it to do.
At&t is the best of the best. Its why ill stick with them all the way. Great job AT&T!!!
It was so easy to sign up for phone, internet and TV with AT&T. In fact, it was so easy that I also signed up for home security. The gentlemen I spoke with were very polite and informed as to the products they sold. I never had a single question that required me to be put on hold while an answer was found. I left Comcast for AT&T and could not be happier.
Nice customer service agent set me up, but the emails were confusing and actually contained incorrect information.
The AT&T U-Verse installer called before arriving at the earliest 9 AM -11 AM install time. And then showed up promptly at 9 AM. :) The installer was polite, listened to what was needed-- and professionally did his job. I was happy with the install and the adjustments needed for how the wiring needed to be attached to the house. He also left his phone number to call if any other problems arose. :) I expect to be happy with its future performance and support.
overall pretty happy with att. customer service is better than the competition: (first word) rhymes with rhyme (second word) last name of a quarter back who won the super bowl in the "greatest show on turf" season. Haven't had any interruptions or slow speeds on the internet. The land line is a land line. I don't know what more you'd want to know about that. Don't have the TV; it was a bit pricey for what you get.
After suffering through an attempt with your main competitor, I am very pleased to report that your installer was excellent and I have received excellent service throughout. Congratulations on your outstanding customer service!
The installer and customer service was great but the connection has been pretty bad. My connection cuts out for 1-2minutes EVERY 10-15 minutes. It also seems to have a problem with Google services including Gmail, Drive, Search and Youtube. Pretty disappointed with the product overall.

Knowledgeable installation tech, Trouble free installation. With everything working correctly the first time around. Fast Internet performance. And enough to the TV to spend some time exploring the services. The smart phone Application is really cool, and works without any problems. It is as simple as Download, and start using. I am impressed.

Just got my AT&T Uverse service and am so far extremely pleased! The installer was on time, neat, pleasant and knowledgable about the product. My reception has been wonderful and the sound and picture are better than what I had with my cable service.... Plus a better better package and faster internet, for less money!
