No problems with installation and the tech was on time, fast, and efficient. My issue deals with Internet speed. It is really slow during the afternoon and evening hours. I often have to refresh in order for a page to load. My computer also freezes up and takes at least 30 seconds to start working again. I should not have issues like this with new service, only one week ago!

I am very dissatisfied with AT&T and their products and customer service. I have been a customer for 8 days and have only had working service for 2 days. Their internet and cable service is unreliable and goes down very easily (nobody can give me an explanation why and its not getting fixed). I'm probably going to have to switch to Verizon. Also, when I signed up for AT&T cable and internet I was told the bill would be $104.00 a month; however, when I got my first bill (after 8 days of being a customer) it was $150.00. I'm very unhappy with AT&T. I will not recommend nor will I use AT&T in the future.

It took 4 appointment and 3 vacation days to get a tech to install. Terrible communication....was never notified the tech would not make it each day until I inquired. I expect to be compensated for my vacation days.
