The automatic answering system leave a lot to be desired. Once you get a person on the other end, the system is garbled and the person speaks so fast you can't understand the, hen told to pervade order number I was cut off numerous times causing me to call back and golng into the loop again. After spending most of the day getting no where, I finally reached a lady whose name was Mariah, she caused things to happen and was superb. Within a couple of hours my fiber wire was set up. Next morning Charles set everything up and explains every very well. He was very professional.

The service itself is awesome! I have had no problems so far. Channel selection and HD is great. Internet is super fast. The only problem I had is installation. The guy was nice but my order was completely wrong. I was missing a wireless box and HD service from my account. I got everything squared away after about 1 1/2 hour customer service phone call. Very disappointing as a new customer.
