Too slow two techs already have been oit. Still nothing. Thinking of switching back to my old provider because Im very dissatisfied with the slow speed of the internet.
Great service from our installation technician, Anthony in Dallas. He was on time and got the job done quickly while having good knowledge of other products I was curious about. He was a very relatable guy as well.

Everything from calling to get a plan to get set up to the technicans coming out to setup my internet was smooth and very customer friendly. I was deciding between AT&T and Time Warner. I called AT&T first and had awesome service, and my representative that I contacted was clear and gave me all the information I needed... Completely different than my experience with TW, which ultimate helped make my decision. The technicans we're great and fast when they came out. Even gave me a courtesy call, forty,-five minutes before arriving. I also was happy with the online service, I was able to reschedule my technican appointment with ease through the the link AT&T had emailed me to confirm my appointment. Overall, had a really great experience and am happy with my decision to choose AT&T!
Everything is working well. Customer service has been very nice and helpful. 2 issues: 1) I was not able to choose my email address and had to settle on one with my name and a series of numbers, which means I will never use it. 2) I had a modem and router and was told that I would be able to use it, however that was not the case. I have to use their combined modem/router and must rent it. There is no option to purchase.
I had a wonderful experience setting up my new ATT U-verse in my apartment. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the process was quick and easy!

First off, the technician (Jim) was early to the appointment, which was a great. He was very courteous, and was able to answer all my questions. I've only had internet service for about a week now, but it's been working strong on all our devices with no issues. Very happy with the experience so far.

My last FIRST cable cable company! For many years I have tried, Comcast, Time Warner, direct TV, sudden link, and I must say my experience with ATT surpasses all of them by far. The service is reliable, the customer service friendly and personable, not to mention the service techs who come over are extremely approachable and engaging. At this point I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Most importantly, I don't feel like they are trying to get over on me. I have recommended them to a couple of people. Keep it up ATT

Customer service rep made false promises and gave lots of misinformation. After my service installation appointment the wifi stopped working. Apparently a technician mistakenly disconnected my service.
Disappointed with the initial last-minute cancelation of our instalkation but aside from that all AT&T representatives were awesome and helpful. Glad we waited out the week of service issues and didn't switch to providers

Setting up my service was easy and painless! The person on the phone was calm and upbeat and even gave me a phone call back so I could continue speaking with her after conferring with my sister about different plans!

My service with at&t is great and the technician was very helpful in setting up my account with easy payment and trouble shooting access through at&t mobile app. He also left his name and contact information and informed me that he will be fixing any issues I have for the next 30 days and to call him if I have any issues. That was an ideal part of customer service in my opinion. Most company's installation technicians are finished with the customer after installation. I feel that this is the beginning of a long customer relationship loyalty with at&t. Thanks at&t for the honesty and upfront service details that I was given. My sales agent followed up with my installation to see how I was doing with my new service. I'm so glad I switched to at&t. I'm saving money and have more services than what I had before I had at&t.

DSL service is pretty good. It slows down every now and then for phone and computer, but haven't noticed much difference on the XBox One. The technician who set it up was incredibly friendly and very nice. Very good experience

The rep came to our house right in time and even called fifteen minutesbbeforehand. His name wss Cody and he wss very friendly. He immediately got to work after I told him where we'd like to set up. Once it was done he explained the remote to me, helped me register online and showed me how to put parental controls on the TV for my kids. It was a smooth process!
EI love AT&T especially their service and they have good quality
It took a LOT for us to agree to try one more time after our initial order was mixed up, cancelled, put on the wrong schedule, wrong service, and taking more than 6 phone calls at more than an hour each time. Even the emails were incorrect. We were without service for nearly a week before a tech arrived to do the install. Currently it appears to be working, but we had to request a 60 day trial period with no questions asked to remove it should the ongoing services proves as poor and unreliable as the ordering process.
I signed up for ATT UVerse because the rates were competitive for what I wanted. I was with Direct TV and couldn't justify paying over $100 for just regular services ( no HD, no Internet, and NO premium channels) after over 2 yrs of dealing with the rising cost and signal loss with the wind blew I finally decided to switch. It was a rough start with signing up as a I spoke to 1 customer rep the day I started the online order, then spoke with another rep the next day who told me that my order was pending because a credit card needed to be added to the account ( I had already gave the 1 rep this information the day before) gave it again with the 2nd rep who tried to help with my frustrations. I got ANOTHER email the next day telling me my order was STILL pending for the SAME information I had already given twice already. After being put on hold 3 times and 25 minutes later the guy stated that he did not need it and proceeded with processing my order with the date that worked for me. the installation went great.. no problems.. the technician I had was friendly and informative. And after adding the HD to my services I am now satisfied thus far..
The guy I spoke with on the phone was pretty awesome and helpful. The installation, however, took around 5 hours and of course they could only come at the end of the window so my boyfriend was home all day while that process was going on. They even had to call someone else in to help out. I also have only had the service for a few weeks and we've had to reset the modem multiple times because of outages... not terribly happy so far : /
They had some trouble finding what they needed for the install, but once they got it going, Josh troubleshot until things were perfect. We've had no interruptions, with plenty of streaming capability.
From the time I ordered till the install was complete, I was and am very impressed how everything was handled. I love my ATT UVERSE.

My family has been with AT&T for several years now and I love it. It has never given me problems and people are very helpful. The gentleman that came to do the installation was also very kind and very helpful. I recommend AT&T for all services.
Initially, I set-up the service on-line to receive a call to repeat all of the information. It took an hour. I would give this contact 1.5 stars The installation took 6 hours and the tech was very pleasant. I also needed to call back and this was pleasant too. I would give these 2 contacts 4 stars.
Paris was my service technician and he did an outstanding job. He was courteous, professional, and attentive to our needs here at the office. There was a complicated wiring situation that he was able to solve promptly and without hesitation. I was truly impressed!

I have only had service a couple of days, but so far I am very happy with my decision to go with ATT. The install tech. did a great job and very fast install, explained my new service and answered all my questions. The internet speed is allmost as fast as cable and my tv reception is great. If I had one complaint, it would be that the more popular channels are spread out so much on the guide. One channel is on 4 and another is on 900, with many channels between these that most people do not watch. Time Warner had the more popular stations between 1 and 100 so it was easy to find most watched channels. I will try and make a favorite list to reduce time to find popular listings. That being said, I am very happy with my decision to drop Time Warner and go with ATT.
Installation technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the system. I'm enjoying the services and I'm glad I chose U-Verse.
Put in ATT GigaPower. Couldn't believe the speed for my new connection! 106Mbps down and 115Mbps down. Now this is what the Internet is supposed to be like!
Very fast connection. The service tech was informed and very professional. A good communicator, too. He took time to make sure all devices were connected properly. A great experience, although the modem had to be replaced, which was not the tech's fault.

Unfortunately the sales person that took my service order made several big mistakes, although he was extremely helpful and friendly everything after the order went wrong. I spent so much time trying to explain the situation with several people until finally someone understood me but it was so unnecessary and it frustrated me further.

I am so happy with my AT&T cable service for my TV. The young man who set up the service at my home was so nice! He was very cheerful and polite, and he took the time to explain the use of the remote control. He also told me that if I had any issues I could call him and that he would take care of it for me. I have tried other cable companies in the past and have not been satisfied with them. To anyone who wants to set up cable service I highly recommend AT&T!
