I don't like the fact that it feels like AT&T tries to strong arm customers into renting a router/modem from them and they charge a $100 install fee that you have to pay for in 3 installments. Then I was told I didn't have an option but to sign up for another service that was a recurring charge unless I had to cal them and cancel even though I didn't want the service to begin with. The guy that came and installed it was great though.

The price was right for installing Internet in my Houston condo. The order I put in on the phone took place quickly. The scheduling of installation was designed to accommodate my busy work schedule. The installer was great. He had great technical skills, installed with precision work and was highly professional. Every time he stepped outside he put booties on and every time he entered my condo he took them off. Quick, clean and courteous installation. I purchased the least expensive service, so it's not rocket fast...but I can stream Netflix, etc. without a hitch. AT&T has been treating me well.

Great service! We were having issues with our first internet provider for months prior to calling AT&T due to trees covering our power line. We called AT&T with anticipation that they might tell us to call the light company to remove the trees before they could set up the service, just like we were told by our current providor at the time. The only down side to our bundled service is waiting for all the bills to catch up and the discounts that you are promised actually hit your account. The installer was great even though it took a long time due to connection issues, but he had a good attitude. It's not as fast as I would like for 24 mbps, but it's okay. My original installment date was cancelled (no reason given) and switched to another highly inconvenient day, so I was forced to make my weekend trip across the state in one day... If you know Texas, that's a lot of driving and very unsafe, so this obviously was very irritating.... On the flipside, they did remind me that they changed it several times and the installer was on time.

I was having trouble with my internet that I just ordered from AT&T. Within an hour, a representative was dispatched to my home. He had trouble finding the exact location and told me that he would need to send out an outside expert as he suspected the problem was with the buried cable. About 2 hours later, the outside expert showed up. Sure enough he replaced the entire cable and checked the main neighborhood box. Since then I have had great internet speed and no trouble with my internet. They were fast and the service was excellent.

I spoke to "Chad" on 12/15 regarding bundling my TV/Voice/Internet. He suggested a great package and scheduled the necessary install times. The TV install went without a hitch. The remaining appt never happened. I called ATT the next day and spoke to a very disinterested service rep who told me that the order had been canceled b/c of a problem with the new number set up. She couldn't tell me anything else. I spoke to about 6-8 different reps who all gave me the run-around until I spoke to Kelvin on 12/31. FINALLY someone who cared about solving my issue and getting things back on track. He was great. But it's ridiculous how many phone calls and text chats I did before I got an answer and a solution. I took off a day of work for the original install that never happened and spent hours on the phone either waiting for a rep or talking to one who could care less. I'm so happy I finally reached Kelvin. He's awesome! As for AT&T reps........ I get much better service from disgruntled fast food employees.

All our services are working great. No problems what so ever. When I did call to add services, the person I was speaking with was unable to give me good and correct information. He never knew what the answer was. He then tricked me into adding something to my account by implying it was required when it was not.

The service technician was really great! The manager stopped by and it's good to have two people involved in the installation. My condo is in an old building and they were able to fix the existing wiring to ensure I had the strongest signal. They discovered it in their QA/QC check. Thanks for a great job! My internet service works great!

So far, our service has worked very well! The quality of the HD TV is great, and the TV does not freeze up. We also are able to stream videos and online classes very well with the Internet. We are currently struggling with accessing the Internet throughout the entire house, but hope to get this fixed soon!

The first time the appointment was not scheduled successfully but the representative told me it was, so there was no one showed up. When the second time a new appointment was setup, the technician was great. However there was something wrong with the outside portal which was beyond his ability to fix. the third time att send someone else I finally hooked up. SO it's not a quite happy experience since I waited almost 4days to get my internet after my activation date but just refer to the service provided by att people, they are good!

I have had a great experience. Recently I made a request to have my service transferred to a new home that I was buying. But, within 24 hours of the closing on the house the deal fell through and it meant that I had to cancel my transfer within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. That meant my services had to be re-established. The person who helped me was so accommodating and got my service restored. She explained exactly what I needed to do with my equipment and she listened to me complain about the fact that the house deal fell through. She was great and I was grateful!!!

The service technician came out right on time and stayed at my house for almost 8 hours ensuring that all services were hooked up properly. He exchanged both my old DVR and wireless receivers for brand new ones, programmed all my remote controls, and even helped me set up my on line account and remote access from all my mobile devices. This was probably the kindest most dedicated service technician from any business that I have encountered.
