As my first experience with AT&T I could not be more disappointed! I started my internet service with AT&T with them and I closed my contract with a certain amount for a certain service. However, when I received my first bill I was shocked to see another additional charge for on my bill for an absolutely unwanted service. It took me hard 1.5 hour on phone and lots of talks and attempts to remove that unwanted forced charge. I hope AT&T be more honest and loyal to its customer in future! In memory of good lost trustworthy.

The installer was very professional every time he entered the home he put on protective coverings for the shoes so dirt would not get on the floor he was very informative he programmed all the remotes without us asking showed us her channel guides and explain the service it is the fastest Internet we've had in a long time and we really enjoy being able to watch the TV and use the Internet with no problems at all he made it very simple to understand. Adam was our service guy and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Although there were some issues with getting power from the pole, he got another guy out here to fix the issue the same day and was very helpful. I love AT& T U-Verse and internet so far. I had a different company previously and the cable was glitchy and interview was unstable. AT&T service is so much better and reliable and I record more shows, which I really love!!! The Tech that came out to put everything together was great as well, he was very funny and seemed to enjoy his job.

The installation of the device was a bid fiasco, it took more than 15 days to get the service installed (I think which is very long) I internet service has worked not bad so far...little on the slower side but has been working without any problems. The best thing has been the customer service. They has been fabulous trying to help us in our needs and when we have any questions.

I have just moved to a new apartment and ordered UVerse internet. The equipment was supposed to be received on 31st August 2013, but due to UPS delay, I received it on 2nd of September. When I received the self install kit, I expected it to work, but it didn't. They had to send a technician as the kit was sent without activating the service. When the technician came, he found out that it was showing as my account was past due, even though, it was a new account. The technician spent almost 2 hours to resolve the issue. In the end, I got the internet connection and is working fine. The speed is also good so far. But, I am worried, there will be outages and issues that will take a long time to get resolved, knowing how good AT&T is. By the way, only AT&T is available for my because many of the apartment communities here in Euless, TX help make the services monopoly.
