I have both mobile and Internet through att, the only thing i would suggest is that you expand your U-verse cable service. I'm not a fan of satellite TV. And I feel it's a big missed opportunity for att. But for the services I do have I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your time to read this.

I have moved into a new home and chose the u verse bundle. Because I was in a new neighborhood the wires had not been attached to my home. The guy that came to set up my service had a crew out there within an hour and they laid the wires and got my home hooked up that day. Great Work! They were polite and helpful ... I really appreciate the promptness of At&t, to provide services quickly and thoroughly.

Well, I still have some issues connecting my desktop to the internet. I haven't had time to call but intend to. The TV boxes seem to be working great and my sone hasn't complained about the X-box now connecting so I guess I would say it's a pretty good start. Just have to get the desktop fixed

Internet is way too slow. Cable is almost unwatchable due to no signal for the wireless box. While watching a channel the picture will freeze. To fix you have to turn the channel then turn back to the channel you were watching first. Cable goes in and out every 5 or 10 mintues.

We just got AT&T internet with the Direct TV package due to our other long time provider giving us a 6 week delay to install service in a new construction home. AT&T worked out the details quickly and we had Direct TV and internet installed in 3 days. They were extremely easy to work with and efficient with the installs. Quality of service is great and both installers left their cell phone numbers in case we had any problems.

He was very courteous and explained everything real well. He also gave me his phone number in case any problem arises. I have had some problems with the remotes when I first turn on the TVs. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Your foreign based service representatives are terrible. I lost count of the numbers of hours I spent on the telephone getting my installation set up. When the installer got here, the telephone number was not the same as the one I was suppose to get. In a nutshell, my experience was awful.
