Took 3 weeks for AT&T to get my order right and set up the install so they could Port my number and 3 calls to cust Service, setting on hold for 15 to 20 minutes then having to listen to them trying to sell me stuff instead of fixing my problem. Tech that did install was great. After install was done they upgraded my phone service without my permission. took another hour on the phone to get the service back to what I had ordered. hope service is better than the nightmare of changing over to AT&T.

Had a lot of trouble setting up service. I had received both an email and text confirmation regarding my installation appointment, not to mention texts each day leading up to the date of installation. Upon that day, no one showed up. When I called ATT to inquire about the issue, they stated that I didn't have an appointment. I had to set up a new service and had to wait another day for service connection. Two days later I received a call stated I had two accounts. The whole experience was frustrating.

We are very happy with our AT&T I Bersw As well is the speed with our Internet service. We only had basic cable before and were not able to watch movies That were previously on TV or freeze love TV , This is a very big convenience. We did not realize how far behind on technology we were until we got AT&T U Verse. We are absolutely thrilled with the service And look forward to many years with AT&T U Verse. The installers that came to get us set up were fantastic, They explained everything were very thorough and even left Their phone number in case I needed any help or had any questions I must say the customer service was exceptional.
