Great product great customer service
So far, I am please with AT&T service.
The router they installed gives us great coverage in our apartment. The installation technician was super friendly and great as well. Was in and out in 15min. I just wish we could get more bang for our buck with our current plan.

I got the DSLelite dual pack because that is what was recommended to me from the representative on the phone. Unfortunately, my area does NOT offer Uverse which had a way better deal, which doesnt make sense because my parents are within a five minute driving distance in the same area/zip code. Also, the rep on the phone for some reason thought I had a modem already(which I didn't, i had even let him know that I had moved here from North Carolina and had Charter) , therefore I had to go out and purchase my own from another ATT store.
Recently had a new AT&T service installed and the technician was very helpful and efficient.
Excellent service. You get way more for your money when compared with other tv and internet providers.
I really like how fast my internet is running, I have had no problems with anything. I was thankful for how kind everyone was to me.

The installer was on time very polite and the service was done very quickly said to call if we had any problems. I'm sorry I don't remember his name he helped us set up our pads and computers.
I think i made the right choice , excellent service
The agent was very patient when I called and the technician who came out to service the line was very nice and punctual. I didn't have to wait all night for him to show up. I was told he would be here between 4 and 8 p.m. He arrived shortly after four which kept me from having to sit and wait long hours for him. I think that my problem was handled exceptionally well.
I was a switchback customer, which means I had at&t left and came back. I phoned my order in, got an install date, then received email that my order was not completed due to me needing to talk to some outside party giving at&t permission to keep my same #. Next my order was not completed due to a past due bill that i just happened to go online & see the alert after being on my cell phone the night before on hold for more than hour, only to get a promise of service the next day when someone from that dept calls me back & connects me with customer service. Someone from that dept called me back the following day with an appointment of 8 to 12 the following monday. i called @ that monday to find out where i was on the list. that rep told me my time frame was from 8 to 8. i asked for a 30 min call before they came out. i got a call when they were @ my house. i was not pleased with services rendered...
I'm not very happy with my service so far. I have had trouble getting anyone live on the phone to help with my internet b/c I'm still not able to get on the internet and haven't heard anything from anyone? I have received a bill but i still don't have internet?
When calling to set up service the lady was very nice and helpful then on the installation date the installation guy was nicw called ahead of time and got everything hooked up very fast very satisfied
