Product arrived before the expected due date so we were excited ans ready to activate our service but were told by customer service that we could not active uverse for another five days! Within a few hours a technician came out to our house tested a few things and even spent the extra time to help me set everything up in our home and didn't leave until it was all working properly. I had been in a accident a few days prior had a swollen and bruised face so seeing was a bit difficult. He explained to me his extra help would be at no charge this service comes standard with at&t...and had us up and running before the activation date. After a few days we realized we needed to upgrade to a better package for internet speed. I completed this all online and was upgraded to diverse pro with in a few minutes! My famile and I am very pleased not only with the uverse but the reps who went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of.
