While Austin may be the official capital of Texas, the completion of AT&T Stadium as the new home of the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington gives Aggtown at least a partial claim on unofficial capital status. It's been a nightmare getting high speed internet! I have spent hours on the phone to correct the bundle price to the correct amount. A supervisor was suppose to call me and that was over 10 days ago. Very good tech and work
Very poor service. Installer let cable stretched across my yard. Said someone would be back in 5 days to bury it. After 6 days called installer, said it would be 10 days. Can't even cut my yard. But, that's what expected of att, from past experience. I had no other choice but att, due to their collusion with the city of arlington, kickbacks and such.
The installation was quick and convenient. The installer explained how to function everything. I have great signal. I'm very happy with my service!

This is not my first experience with uverse, i was extremely dissatisfied then due to not being able to get moved, and having to pay for intermittent service from time warner for several months. And now that i have att in my home, the speeds are there, but voip consistency of service is not. I notified the technician that installed my services, just to have been told the blame is on my 3rd party dlna router, not hearing the fact that i have bypassed the router, and still have intermittent service. I dont feel its fair to have to troubleshoot the issue if its beyond end user control as its impossible. Id leave, but i just gave another 100 dollars to switch, and im not ready to do it again.
I love how quick and easy the associate was when setting up my service. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect package. My service is very reliable and is a perfect match for me.
excellent, the serviceman even wore covers on his shoes so he wouldn't track in mud, he sat down and went over everything and set up WiFi on all our devices, very pleasant.

The technician who came over and installed my stuff was a real pro. I appreciated his knowledge of the current technology at hand, and also past and future technologies. I wish I could remember his name, he deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty. Plus, everyone I have spoken with have been nothing but very courteous and concerned with any issues I have had. I had left AT&T long ago, but I am very happy to be back in the fold.

Att is a lot better than time Warner cable. you guys have faster internet and better service.
Quick, courtious service.
After ordering service online for my new house, I went to the house (before I moved in) and there was a wire sticking out of the ground going from the connection place near the street to the outside of my garage. Then a few days later the installation guy (friendly and considerate) came out to hook everything up. That went smoothly. He said there was already a work order for someone to come and bury the wire. By the time I went back to the house after 2 days, everything was buried and the internet worked great. I have since moved in and the internet service works great.

Besides them taking almost one week after them rescheduling and not showing up 3 times everything is going good so far. Service is great internet is working good and they keep checking up on me and my service which I really like.
I wanted to give ATT a second try after being with Time Warner for over 5 yrs. When the installer arrived he did not know where the access box was located, after "allegedly" finding it, he asked me to go to my neighbor's home (he was not home at that time, supposedly) and ask him for permission for him to go in his backyard. Later on I went to my neighbor's home, and he told me that he was home, that the tech never went to knock on his door, had he gone, he would have told him that the box was not in his backyard. At this time, I called the tech back (he had left me his work cellphone, along with his supervisors) I called on 3 separate occasions, never got a call back, I then proceeded to call his supervisor, and that phone was disconnected. I called customer service and the only available install date was 3 weeks later. I then decided to stay with my overpriced cable company, and not deal with them. Customer service was poor and the installer that they sent was lazy and incompetent.
The representatives came in a timely manner, and set up the device in no time. They answered all my questions, and were very helpful. The service has been great so far.

Download speed is as good as advertised (18Gb). Upload speed is 1.5 Gb. Wish upload speed was more. I am pleased with connection stability.
Service is great and the technicians where very helpful getting it set up. One star taken off because the person I ordered it from lied about a few things in order to get his "sale"
I called to change the date of my internet installation. The representative told me about what a good deal I could get if I bundled my cable with my internet. I asked a few question. The representative was very polite. I asked him if a few specific channels were in the bundle he recommended to me. He told me all the channels I mentioned were included. I agreed to the bundle. Later I went online to see what other channels I would be receiving. Only one on the channels I mentioned to the representative were included in the bundle he signed me up for. He lied! I call back to confirm that the channels were not in the bundle. The new rep confirmed that the channels are not in the bundle I'm signed up for. Now I went back to only having internet.
My wife and I just relocated to the Arlington area and searched for an internet provider. AT&T U-verse was recommended to us and after a little hassle...not AT&T's fault the wiring was a mess...we were up and running. Enjoy the ease of access and speed.
I was with ATT for several years and left for a"better deal," I will never leave again.
The internet itself is great. The phone call I had with a rep to set up service was superb. The only complaints I have is I was not made aware that a tech would be coming out so I missed the appointment and I find it a bit unrealistic to give someone a time frame of "8am - 8pm" for an appointment. Since there are no weekend slots, I had to find someone who could waste a day so I could get connected. That was not cool at all.
Internet service works but is very slow for what I am paying. Also there were too many extra fees just to get the internet initially set up.
The connection is slower than expected and I have already experienced some technical issues with the equipment but the issue was handled and corrected promptly.
It took a while to set up, but finally got it working and I am a happy customer!!:-)
I appreciate the support provided by the customer service in setting up my connection even at late night , Internet Speed is promising and consistent. I would refer my friends to go with AT&T rather than other's. Thank you.
AT&T HAVE BEEN VERY CURDIOUS TO ME WHEN IT HAS COME DOWN TO PAYING MY BILL A LITTLE LATE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS REALLY BEEN HELPFUL TO FOR ME IN THESE ECONOMICAL TIMES.
