AT&T was great in getting me converted over quickly after the failed Frontier Verizon Fios mess. Implementation took a while and was a bit tricky but service tech was very thorough and spent the time to get it right. Couple of minor issues later including voice mail being disabled but support reset this.

Service has been good so far and would be better had we not ported our old home line to AT&T. The old carrier would not acknowledge the port request so this dragged out a week with numerous calls to both carriers.

My technician was amazing. He was extremely easy to talk to, helped me fix my problem in a timely manner, and everything went well. My one complaint is that I experienced inconsistencies with what other service representatives said on the phone compared to what the technician said (who obviously was right since he fixed the problem in no time). I feel the customer service representatives need some more training.

Customer service has improved over the years quite a bit, sure beats Time Warner. Speed isn't the best but I'm getting the speed I paid for given I have 3 devices on the network at a time and at 12mbps it's not bad.
