Discover the Benefits of AT&T Internet for Your Plano Home

Plano may have gained popularity because of its proximity to Dallas, but this growing city is much more than just another Dallas-Fort Worth suburb. Filled with 3800 acres of lush, shady parks, nature preserves, and public recreation centers, this former railroad town has admirably embraced the 21st century and everything modern residents expect, along with a few things they may not—including a 200-year old tree growing in Bob Woodruff Park. Its leafy branches don't fit the image of the Texas plains, but it's a reminder that Plano has plenty of green space for those who want to look for it.

For the times you aren't hiking, running, and biking through Plano's natural landscapes, you'll have plenty of other things to keep you busy in booming downtown. Try to keep up with the arrival of new restaurants and shops—a fast AT&T Internet connection will help, but in this rapidly-growing town, you'll have a hard time choosing which new spot to check out first. On a relaxed Friday night, head down to the Lockhart Smokehouse for some classic Texas barbecue to celebrate the arrival of the weekend, and on Saturday morning, grab a coffee at 1418 and then take the kids to the Heritage Farmstead Museum to learn about Plano's past. However you choose to spend your time here, you'll have a hard time getting bored.

Great service - thanks

AT&T was great in getting me converted over quickly after the failed Frontier Verizon Fios mess. Implementation took a while and was a bit tricky but service tech was very thorough and spent the time to get it right. Couple of minor issues later including voice mail being disabled but support reset this.

Service has been good so far and would be better had we not ported our old home line to AT&T. The old carrier would not acknowledge the port request so this dragged out a week with numerous calls to both carriers.

NICO Reviewed ATT Reviews

The setup was quick and efficient but I had to have some come to service my internet less than a week after installation due to connection issues. Otherwise very happy.

My technician was amazing. He was extremely easy to talk to, helped me fix my problem in a timely manner, and everything went well. My one complaint is that I experienced inconsistencies with what other service representatives said on the phone compared to what the technician said (who obviously was right since he fixed the problem in no time). I feel the customer service representatives need some more training.

Customer service has improved over the years quite a bit, sure beats Time Warner. Speed isn't the best but I'm getting the speed I paid for given I have 3 devices on the network at a time and at 12mbps it's not bad.

HEATHER Reviewed ATT Reviews

The service we requested was performed soon after we called and the guy who came out was polite and answered all of our questions.
