I had AT&T for 5 yrs. When building my new house AT&T was not available in the area. I went with direct TV. Had to enter into a 2yr. contract with direct, which is now over..YEA! AT&T is now available and I couldn't have made the phone call to switch fast enough. The initial call to order was outstanding as well as the service tech that came to install. I had NO problems the 5 yrs I was a customer. AT&T has a very profession staff along with installation people. AT&T all they way..... I feel like I am home again.
I am please to be with AT&T. The tech was very professional and efficient. I appreciate a dealing with a company who knows what they're doing.
I recently got the Internet and phone bundle package for a great price. I must say my internet has been great. I am able to do my school work and watch my favorite shows and movies. My husband work on his music and even download games and movies for our baby. It has been a great experience so far.

I was very disappointed when my hookup appointment was rescheduled by email to a day I wasn't available. I had to go far out of my way to make myself available or wait for a week. Because I was notified by email only, I didn't find out I was rescheduled at all until I was waiting for you at the originally scheduled time. However, I was very pleased with your knowledgable and friendly tech.
I just purchased a new home and became a new customer of U-verse internet. Internet works very well. Some issue with the install of the Fiber optic: routing of the cable ( installer thought it would be ok to run the fiber optic from the back corner of the back yard across the entire backyard instead of next to the fence in the “service easement” close to the other services (gas, electrical). Cable was in-bedded very close to the surface not 12 to 18 inches deep. The two people who did the fiber optic to Ethernet converter and wireless router install set up were excellent and did a great job. They made suggestions on there to install the router and ensured there was full coverage. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. One of the cleanest / neatest equipment and wiring interconnect jobs I have seen for home installs.
