On my initial call to set up service I was given the installation date of Sat from 9-10. I later received my confirmation email with the wrong installation time information. I called to change my installation date to what the gentleman on the phone and I had agreed on during my initial call as it was the only time I would be home that day, and was told that the time slot was still open and it wouldn't be a problem. The woman on the phone specifically said I'd be receiving a confirmation email within 2 minutes of hanging up, which I never got. Come the date of the installation I get a text from ATT confirming the WRONG time again, apparently it was never changed. I had to take the day off from work to make sure someone would be home. Very bad way to start off our service.

We have only had the service for a few weeks but we have noticed that the internet service several times during the day will disconnect us and then reconnect, especially when streaming video. Other than that we have had no issues. The service man who helped us was polite and friendly.

The person I talked with when I set up my service, lied to me. I was very specific about what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. When my bill came, it was quite a bit higher than anticipated. I called ATT and after 45 minutes, and three transfers, someone finally helped me. I am waiting to see the status of my next bill and I seriously considering changing providers.

My att internet is fast and I haven't had any problems so far. The technician was very nice, informative and really spent a lot of time making sure the connection was secure since there was an issue with the installment process due to the lack of the signal being able to connect. We recently turned on a landline. It was very hard getting services ordered over the phone. I actually called 8 times on one day to try and speak to someone but I kept being sent to another department. I found it very frustrating. I waited 2 hours for a technition to come out to my home, then found out I never needed a technician to come to the house as I was told at a previous phone call. I finally got service but it didn't work so I called to set up a service call. I will tell you the AT&T service guy, Daniel, was so nice and helpful. He fixed the problem and left his card in the case we had any further trouble. We are very happy with our service now

Michael Shafer come out to solve my installation problems that all the others couldn't do over the phone even tho I told them I needed a technician to come to my home. Mr. Shafer was quick, efficient, explained everything and was a credit to his company. I have nothing but the best to say about him. If only others in this company were of his quality things would have been much more pleasant.
