Everything is ok except I got my bill and its more than I was supposed to be paying.
I signed up for AT&T fiber internet service on around May 16th. It took them a week to send me a confirmation and then the confirmation notified me of a June 6th install date. That's why it's curious that they would send me an email asking me to rate the service. I guess most of their other clients would have had it up and running by now. I still have 4 days to go. Still Waiting......................
I'm somewhat upset. Its been almost a mont since I called to get my service and still nothing. I still don't have internet. They said a date then they changed it to another date and now that I have my equipment I have no service. To tap it off I had an appointment for a technician to come and nothing because they had a wrong address. Now more waiting. Its been very frustrating.
I definitely loved their service. They were very friendly and very understanding . They talked to me very kindly and knew exactly what we were looking for. I've always liked their service and their Internet. Thank you at&t.

Moving is stressful enough....When I had originally made an appointment with AT&T to have uverse installed, no one showed. When I called they said nothing had been scheduled....I had scheduled AT&T and Direct TV on the same morning so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. I had to reschedule a week later.....in the meantime using my data minutes, which are limited. Once again had to take a morning off to meet with AT&T. He called said he'd be 20 minutes..I left work to meet him....1/2 hour went by he called again said he got stuck and would be another 15 minutes... I said ok, and decided to wait for him in the driveway. I noticed a truck parked across the street , thought it could be him.... Meanwhile I met a neighbor and began a conversation....20minutes later this guy got out of the truck parked across the street, turns out, it WAS my technician from AT&T. I was a little perturbed that he had to say he was stuck somewhere, when he was here all the time..... He did end up hooking up my Uverse, wasn't the most friendly or helpful, he just put the unit where he thought best without asking if id prefer to have the unit in another room. All in all the wifii is working fine...too bad tho I had to take an extra one and a half vacation time when he could have hooked up the unit when he WAS here to begin with
The installation service was great. With my previous Internet, I would only be able to access the wifi signal downstairs. Now I'm able to access wifi all around my home because the AT&T technician fixed the issue. Thank you AT&T for the excellent customer service!

I lovee my AT&T internet and phone service. My familyy and I have been searching for a Fast and reliable internet service and Best of all at a good price. I recommend AT&T to anyone who wants fast, reliable phone And internet service.
With other cable providers, we have such a hard time. They promised discounts and packages and never stood by what they promised. When we finally decided to switch we were treated well on the phone and the techs that came over were friendly and knowledgeable. We should have made the change earlier instead of all the hassles and lies that the other cable providers told us. We are very happy with the packages available and the service we receive.
Signing up and changing from Comcast was so easy and I had no hassle. The customer service was friendly and having the men come to install in the home was quick and easy. We were so dissatisfied with Comcast and switching over has made such a difference.
Very good service.
I love that we have the wireless modems in every room instead of having those long cords everywhere. It really makes things easier having young children around.
