I would like to give a better rating and maybe I will once I speak with customer service; however, I had AT&T Uverse for a week and the DVR has deleted all of our recordings twice (once on Saturday, January 8, 2016 and again this morning Monday, January 11, 2016). My kids and I are really upset about this since we had movies and shows recorded.

I had several problems from the start. They did not have the correct order, the services I chose were not the ones I was provided. My first bill was $40.00 over what I was quoted less taxes and fees, etc. I did however contact customer service who did their best to correct the situation. All in all I must say I was not to impressed and was tempted to go back to Comcast.

CSR (Dan) messed up original order. Texchnician was scheduled to come out and fialed to generate a work ticket. No show and result was no internet service for over a week. Second ATT Rep got it right and techician arrived on schdule and was done in one hour. So far no other hiccups unless screwed up billing.

Well, it took a solid week, four visits from technicians, lack of follow up from management , and a wonderful customer service representative named John, to finally get our internet and cable working. It went down last again with a power outage, but my son had watched all three technicians (who were wonderful by the way) restart everything and he was able to restart everything himself, thank goodness. I am praying we don't have any future problems. Nancy

We are enjoying the actual service of AT&T however, getting the service set up was quite a hassle. My original appointment was schedule for Monday Feb 17. I had my roommate home waiting and the technician never showed and we didnt receive a call. when i called about it that evening, i was told that the appointment was never confirmed (even though i had a email stating the appointment time and date) I was told that there werent any apoointments until the following monday. we werent available that day so we didnt get set up until wednesday february 26. and when the technnician showed, he said that our HD wasnt included on the order so i had to call again to get that corrected.
