First let me start with the bad. I used my phone in setting up service. I thought I was in direct contact with an ATT representative for I used my local telephone book in obtain the number. When setting up my account the representative push on me this 12 or 16 dollar charge for some sort of computer protection which I haven't seen this concerns me! Now as far as delivery of equipment on said date was done as said. I install the equipment myself with complications. So on a scale 1-10 I give a rating of 5. W.D.Kaiser
The internet works really well, and Victor from AT&T was very knowledgeable and friendly when he came to fix a connection issue.
Internet set up was Fast, easy, and user friendly. Clear instructions were provided on how to self install.

I called just to check rates around and compare and the c.rep I was talking to wAs very nice, helpful and gave me the info I needed - offered me options and variable rates which is great plus he had promo goin on and at the end HE just sold me and I signed up * awesome service and superb customer care follow up - tech came to install - no problem so far THNX and happy that I signed up in AT&T
I was unhappy with the amount and types of channels I recieved from the u-verse family package so I switched to the U-200 package and now I am happy with my cable service. I also have the high speed internet max package and I am extremely happy with it. The internet is fast and I have no problems performing all my families internet activities such as music downloads, online games, and video streaming. One thing I can say negative about at&t is that I have had alot of hidden fees and additional charges. I called customer service and they took care of all my issues and complaints, but my bill has never been what I was told it would be when I first signed up.
I am enjoying my att internet, I switched from comcast and the service I have with att is above all one of the best ive gotten. Not only can I afford my bill, but the service is faster, and more effective. The agent handled all my questions with knowledge of the product, and the installation was successful. The order taker promised connection by Christmas since this was a Christmas present but turns out it couldn't be set up until January 3rd and the equipment was supposed to be sent to me but was sent to my mother's address. Other than that ordering and setup was smooth and the help line is quick to pick up the phone and has good answers.
