I am not happy... I am sorry to have to give negative feedback but from the beginning to date (2weeks) it's been nothing but a horrible experience. I'm canceling my service. The tech that installed my tv and internet broke my furniture; the sales agent tricked me into buying by comparing the pricing that I got with Cox with a lesser speed internet and when I called to say that it was very slow, they told me that I needed to upgrade... I am hoping that they will pay for my furniture but it doesn't look as if ATT is interested in you after you sign up with them. It has been a waste of time and money. I own a nationwide company and was planning to move all my business services to ATT, so I'm glad they showed these flaws before the first month ended, so I can cancel and move on... Bad bad experience.

AT&T proved to be the service of choice after years with their competitor Time Warner. Time Warner failed in every aspect of service, quality and support. But AT&T stepped up to the plate and hit a home run with our double play package of phone and internet. Our technician Jeff Link was outstanding. When he came to the house I showed him where the connections were at, showed him where the service terminations were to be and where the drops came into the house. Once that was done he set off to test the line and insure we had a proper connection. About 30 minutes later he was running a single cat 5 for the phone and internet. Showed him where I wanted it to enter the home and boom, He ran the line, drilled the right location, stapled it all down, put in the termination box, installed the modem and done, up and running. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He nailed it the first time. Our service is excellent, strong signal and once I reconnected our wireless extender I had signal in the entire house. Something TW was never able to do. Thanks AT&T.
