I ordered phone and Internet services five (5) weeks ago and still have no service. When I call customer "service" they say it's being worked on but give me no further information. I'm supposed to be working from home, so this delay has jeopardized my employment. AT&T sucks.
After a frustrating installation w/lots of problems w/Xfinity, I cancelled after one week and went back to AT&T. The phones, the Internet and TV originally cancelled because of cost increase were reinstalled w/new equipment and I became a new customer given a great two year deal. Service is great. I am very happy w/AT&T. My only critique is I wish when my original 2 years ended w/the bundle I had w/o any problems, that I would have been offered the deal I have now instead of much higher in cost bundles if I stayed w/AT&T. Returning customers are treated better than ongoing customers and given better choices. This needs to change.

I am very happy with my internet service. Technician came out the same day when I had a problem getting the signal. He fixed the problem and service has been very good.
On a scale of 1 to 10 my techs were 12. Had trouble with service strength holding due to older wire. The tech took the time to explain to me as well as to the assistant manager of complex. New exterior wire needed ran, of which a tech had to return on the following Tuesday when manager was in office. A new tech came out already knowing what problem was and manager declined to let new wires ran. Tech was awesome, did not give up till he found a way for my installation. They were on time, so patient and made sure I had crystal clear reception on TV, and high internet modem transmission. Don't know were ATT found them, but they were awesome. THANKS ATT. They also made sure I had all my personal info for my ATT account, and who and where to contact if I had any additional trouble.

when I called to set up my internet service the rep was awesome he was nice..I'm still confused on my bill thought it was going to be split into 3 months.

I've been very satisfied from the moment I ordered my AT& T uverse service to the moment my technician came out to do the installation. The customer service was great, the young lady that helped me was very polite and treated me with respect unlike other companies that treat you like they're not getting paid to be on the other end of the line. And the technician was a super nice guy who went out of his was to do his job inside and out of my apartment, he had a very positive attitude, very friendly and a nice personality, he got the job done in a very short amount of time and have had no problems with the service. I would definitely recommend AT&T to others.
I have been an AT&T customer for several years now. I was sad to learn that their cable service was not in my area. I did sign up for internet service and have been happy with that. My only complaint is having had to wait 2 weeks to get it hooked up. I was sent a package and ended up doing it myself... why did that have to wait for 2 weeks? The customer service is usually always very good and when I almost canceled due to the wait time, the representitive helping me was so nice and accommodating I decided to wait anyway. Overall, I have always been very satisfied with the service and intend to remain a customer for years to come.
