Hi : If I say it was an awesome experience, it will be an understatement and I will be surely lying about it. The man on the ground was very knowledgeable and prompt in his action. So I was up and running in no time. The best thing is I am getting 11.5 MBPS speed against by contract of 12 MBPS.. I was a Comcast customer for 50 MBPS and habituated in getting 11 MBPS against 50 MBPS.. So you can tell why I am in cloud 9. Cheers .. GO ATT GO !! Thanks Santanu

They changed my install date after I placed my order. Then they called at 5pm on a Friday to confirm. I spent 2 hours on hold trying to cancel or reschedule. At this point I'm not very confident in AT&T customer service. When I called on Saturday I discovered that the office was Closed. The computer system finally allowed me to reschedule.
