At&t is awesome. I had their service a few years ago and couldn't wait to go back to them. Their WiFi reaches across the whole house and down the street. To sum it up I'm completely satisfied.

I received excellent phone service and am hoping that the trend continues when they come and install the internet.
The set up process was super smooth and a hassle free switch from our old company. Enrique was thorough and was efficient and made sure everything was in place before proceeding. Only complaint is we were told we would get a certain channel with our package and it was not include so that was a dissapointment otherwise it's been great so far.
My installer was on time and extremely thorough about the process, extremely respectful he was awesome basically haha give him a bonus already. Anyways overall great experience, great service and kickass internet yaaaaayyy
Issues with the order. Hidden fees. Got it all resolved. Had self install and the tech can in to insure it worked. He was very friendly and it was handled well.
The internet working great! However, when i ordered the service 2 weeks ago, i did ask if ATT can use my existing modem and wireless router, the sales rep. said will let the install tech. to check out. But the tech used ATT's 2WIRE modem, he told me that no one told him to tried on using my exiting equipment..... This seems to me that i WAS FORCED to rent your equipment!

I had a good experience overall with setting up my Internet. I was a little annoyed with the upsell when calling to order new service. I felt like the woman was trying to trick me into more expensive options. Luckily I knew what I needed. I had difficulty with the line and calling tech support was not successful but the customer service was great. Austin, my technician, was great when he came out to fix the line and get me online.
Technician called and was in his way to the house (just what I had requested). He was outside for over 45 mins trying to find "signal" and 1.5 hour later he did... My adult daughter who was home at the time of the install asked him to help with installing the printer and his response was "just follow the directions..." Really!?? Okay, mr tech thanks!!! And he left... It happy with our Internet right now.

My relationship with AT&T U-Verse has been pretty mixed, leaning more toward the "bad" side. I signed up for wireless Internet and was told by the agent that I was eligible for student discounts. He told me to wait a day and then call Customer Care to get my student discount. When I called the next day they had no idea what I was talking about and forwarded me to five different agents (all in the span of an hour!). Each agent was careless, rude, and unengaged. I felt lied to. That agent also told me I needed to get Geek Squad for $19.99 to install my Internet but then I received the free self-installation guide, which doesn't require the Geek Squad. And yet, I got charged anyway. Then when I spoke, a week later, to another representative (a very helpful one), she told me that I was also being charged $100 for the modem, which the original agent NEVER told me about. He told me about the installation fee, Geek Squad, and the monthly fee, but never told me about the modem fee. She was very lovely and reimbursed me, and also apologized for that agent's lack of transparency. It felt like he was only saying the "right" things to get me to sign up and then I got stuck with the massive bill. I'm still uneasy about AT&T, so we'll see.
Our tech, David, tracked down every possible issue that could cause latency in our broadband signal and went out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving.

At&t is the best wireless internet provider. Every customer service agent in person and over the phone are all very professional and friendly. I had many customer service issues starting from not getting the service I needed to get going. There where promises made that turned out not to be true. However they did comp me and I have had no problem since. The internet runs a little slow for high speed. Tim, California

My installation went very well, the tech was efficient and incredible courteous, he explain the operation of the equipment very well. As far as the BILLING, it has been a nightmare. I have spend several hours on the phone with different people trying to fix my the overcharging on my bill, I was charged almost double than bill was supposed to be. Finally I spoke to Fiona and she was able to rectify it. Thank You Fiona. They say that all conversations are recorded but they never want to go back and listen to to them to clarify the problems. I have better things to do than pushing bottons on a telephone and wasting my time.
So far, I'm loving my AT&T internet service!!! The installation was easy and the agents were absolutely outstanding! It is my first service with AT&T - but it won't be my last!!
I migrated from cable Internet and U-verse Internet is a whole lot better; more reliable, constant and now I can properly set up a password protected network. I had a great experience with AT& T phone customer service. The only downfall (pretty major) is that a technician house call takes FOREVER. Between order placement and the technician's visit, It took me 4 weeks to activate and enjoy Internet service. It wasn't fun to be without service for more than 2 weeks, especially since I depend on it to work from home. Just for this I will give AT&T 2 stars.
placed order and was told installation would be within a week and soon after received written confirmation that installation would be 3 weeks later. Very disappointing.
Paid $100 for my Uverse router, and within 5 days the WiFi signal disappeared. The router was faulty. They sent a new one in 2 days.
All thought it took three weeks to get service, the technician was very helpful and polite as well as the customer service rep who helped correct some billing errors.
It is our first home phone number and the first bill was very surprised in greatly number!Since we already know the amount and got an offer from ATT agent on discount. When we are trying to pay our first bill, it still showed wrong amount even though after we contacted 3 customer service online agents. It was very strange... Until we made another online call and get everything set up right. It was a lot of mistake at the beginning but overall ATT work quite fast to fix the matters. It took us about a week to set the bill right.
