Eventually got great service. Would suggest to make the phone system easier to navigate especially for non-english speaking costumers to easily find staff to speak to them rather than going through a number of English-only robot menus.

I talked with Eric on the phone at customer service and decided to get the package listed. He was very nice and helpful. Joel came to install all a few days later. He was great. He tracked the wires down and figured out the best way to get all working. The only negative was that the 3rd wireless box Eric promised was not part of what Joel was given- so Joel figured out how to best meet our needs. We really like the TV package. The wireless is not as good as what we previously had. It is quite a bit slower. We may have to upgrade. We now have a home phone as part of the package. I like having it for security reasons, BUT... from the second I purchased and plugged in home phones, I have been slammed with sales calls from your home security systems, 8+ the first day, and more every day since. They do not take "No" as an answer. I may disconnect the phone if it continues. For the most part, we are happy with the service. Eric and Joel really made it a positive experience. Thanks guys!

We just moved from West LA were we had Dish. Our friend recommended Cox so we put it in but COX TV, Phone and high speed internet, however, Cox did not deliver on 3 major items we needed and were promised so we had them rip it all out out and we switched to AT&T U-verse. We saved over $20.00 a month and have more channels, actually all the channels we want, plus consistent internet speed. It was the first time an installer took the time to sit down and actually show us how to use the features and remote controls. The wireless TV is the best, a really must have! Thank you AT&T

The service is great. Once it was installed I have had no problems. Only problem I had was scheduling it. I asked for it to be installed between 8-11 on a thursday and when they called to confirm they had put it down for 11-1 so I had to reschedule for next monday. But now that I have it im 100% satisfied.

First time with internet in my home. So I was completely lost. But everything was very easy to put together. And got my internet working easily. Couple says later I get a phone call saying if I want a house phone I could pay less per month. So I agreed and then a week later someone came in to fix the wiring outside. And the next day nothing was working (internet or house phone). So I called and right away they sent some one out to fix it and within a hour it was fixed. I love how fast they are to fix things. As far as the calling them...they need to fix that. You give the machine info and then it asks you again for the info. That machine is very annoying. But besides the dumb machine going in circles the service which is the most important thing is awesome.

I am highly disappointed with AT&T because of their terrible customer service and HORRIBLE technician accountability. They re-scheduled my appointment for service THREE TIMES. And only gave me a $15 credit after I took off two days of work! Then it turns out that the signal they gave us wasn't strong enough so we couldn't connect to the internet for over a week. I will never use AT&T again.

Service was installed almost 2 weeks ahead of time. Internet and cable are running just fine. Landline is a little new to me because have not had one for some time now. Its awesome.
