Please make sure the services you order via phone is what you get during the installation. Be aware your first bill will be due 21 days after your installation. Our Technician Sam was the main reason I didn't cancel my service the day of the install. He was very patient and corrected all the issues(took 3 hours). Over all the quality of the product is very good. At&t you need to work on your support people. Happy Holidays to all.

When the installer came, I found out that the sales rep had misled me on the service I had signed up for and the price I was going to pay. The installer was excellent, which partially made up for the switch and bait that I felt had been perpetrated on me. I still had to contact Customer Service to sort everything out. Made a total of 3 calls before this was accomplished. Each time after the first 2 calls, which took a total of 2 hours of wasted time, I wanted to jump off a cliff!!

The customer service was thorough in their explanation of setting up a new account. He explained every charge I should be expecting. The technician that came to install the U-Verse Internet was incredibly patient. Great customer service all around.

Customer service was mediocre and the fact that they said my Internet would be installed on the 15th and in actuality was installed on the 23rd didn't make me a happy customer. As for the Internet itself, it works just fine.
