First, if I was only rating the technicians who arrived at my home I'd give all five stars since both of them were superb and on time, but the salesman who initially handled me and your foreign based customer service is terrible. I feel like the Eskimo that was sold a broken refrigerator I mean he really sold me on your company first then a bill of goods since he suggested the add-on service that would fix my computer of any viruses, only to find that it's an anti-virus, not a scanning service or in other words a sham, I guess I'll never be able to get out from under that one. Your foreign based, where is it, the Philippines, customer service really sucks! They tell you to call back the next day if you have a problem, saying that customer service, for the need that I have, is closed, only to find that Michael doesn't know his hat from his glove. It was 4:30 PST and he told me that I would be unable to contact a customer service rep because customer service was closed. I asked, when does it close and he replied, at 5:00 to which I replied back, it's only 4:30. It seems nobody there speaks the same language that I do. I quit Comcast because their customer service was bad only to find out that yours sucks too and since I'm new, I think it's a bit worse than those other guys. Oh and how about those waiting times when you put us on hold in customer service? It wouldn't be so bad if you had something decent to listen to. Come on, you call yourselves a communication company - how about some communication?
