I am a satisfied customer. I am glad I made the switch to AT &T. I had kind and passionate customer service ordering and our installer was great. The price on all we have is more affordable than Comcast. The only downside, OnDemand shows are limited and I can't get all shows I normally would watch with Comcast. Overall I give it a 4 star rating. Thank you.

Installation of new service went great without a hitch. Service has been working well and I am happy with it. Spoke with Carlos to terminate my old service at the previous address and he was very professional and handled my questions well. All and all happy with the service and thanks.
Figuring out the services was difficult. Getting the different departments to schedule installing in the correct order was difficult. Once everything we needed was installed, it all worked well.
I had a very polite and courteous installer at my home when I happened to be ill and he was very efficient and understands don't about everything! It was an excellent experience.
So far cant complain. Great service.
My U-verse Internet service is flawless. Love it. Couldn't ask for more.

Internet only has a max of 3mp where I live. When I signed up they gave me a date to hook things up and then got an email it was being pushed back. I was also told my bill would be due 30 days after it was hook up however that was not the case. Not very consistent. However internet is working ok for the low mp.
For the past two years I had xfinity service and was very displeased with it because the prices kept going up and they were never able to follow through on orders. I moved to California and happily signed up with AT&T, assuming that no one could be as bad as Xfinity. However after 2 weeks of waiting and multiple phone calls regarding my internet service that was never set up, I guess AT&T takes the cake. These companies present themselves to us as customers as though they are so eager to provide top notch service. But at the end of the day, all I have gotten is people reading off scripts who don't really know or care about what happens with you. Without going into too much detail, I have cancelled the order that I put in with AT&T and will be on the hunt for a company that can better meet my needs.

I recently bought the Wifi gateway for our home and now that we all use this service, the whole family can enjoy the fast internet at the same time. I'm so happy with my Internet service and must say I love At&t customer Service department they always treat me great. I plan to always stay an At&t customer for life!!!!!
Getting service at my new place was a little stressful at the beginning. I had to call back four times before I actually was able to get service. When the technician finally did arrive, he was quick and efficient. I have not had a land line in years so we will see how it goes.
