Technician has been great. Im still dealing with a billing issue, but the people that come to the house have been pleasant, through and very helpful. This is my first month, so we'll see. We had a huge rain storm last night that knocked service out for 12 hours. Hopefully this isn't a regular thing.
The internet and phone line are not the greatest. But the response of the people is pretty good.
WONDERFUL GUY THAT UNSTALLED MY CABLE!
This has been one of the worse experiences of my life. The install took 10 - 11 hours over the course of 2 days, including having an installer at my home until 10:30 pm one evening and 9:30 pm the next evening. After all that, they did not move over my original phone number from Time Warner as requested, despite that being requested and a reason why my original install got delayed from 06/15 to 06/21. After being on the phone with AT&T for 50 minutes to try to resolve this phone matter, I had to get another appointment, which was scheduled for 6/30, from 9 - 11 am. However, a technician never arrived and when I called at 11:30 am, I spoke with a customer service representative for 26 minutes, and he was no help in correcting my problem, only to tell me my order was on hold, despite the fact I received a call on 6/29 reminding me of my appointment on the 6/30, as well as receiving an e-mail confirmation. Ultimately, after speaking to a supervisor, I learned that due to internal system issues and running two systems, despite the order number being "open" it was shown as complete. Despite finally getting great help from the customer service manager, I had to then wait for another appointment. Throughout this process there have been a number of blunders by the customer service reps. I switched to AT&T U-verse due to the poor service I was receiving from Time Warner...what a mistake.
All in all a very smooth experience this far. Great picture quality, awesome internet speed both up and down.

The installation began on time and the technician walked us through the decision of where to run main line and put in the connections. Very well done.
All techs were on time and very helpful. I didn't give a 5 star because I didid have problems after the initial installation. When the line was buried, I lost Internet and phone service. It had to be done by a 2nd service call. Overall, it has been a good experience
Awful awful awful!!! Terrible customer service. I was stood up by a technician twice to find out they were never scheduled. Incompetent and unsympathetic reps. I was treated like I had done something wrong and was a bother because I wanted my service turned on. I will never recommend AT&T to ANYONE. I will be changing to another provider as soon as I have the opportunity!!! Never been treated so bad by a company EVER

My Tech was great even tho with the old wiring at my house it took a little while longer to get everything set up but the service has been great so far!
Had to call 4 times to try and get the cancellation Department. Customer service was completely inept. Took upwards of 30 minutes per phone call just to be told I had to call back.

The service and installation were great!
We are finally straightened out after multiple hours on the phone and multiple techs having to come and fix the junction box for the service (nothing to do with our house or the lines installed in our house).... Techs have been personable, but 5 plus hours on the phone with customer service and being transferred constantly was not pleasant. We finally got to someone who could resolve some issues. We hope to not have any other issues going forward....
AT&T is better than Verizon and their customer service people are nice fils. My recommendation though is that when estimating a new customer's bill that they know how to include the taxes, service charges and point out the "one time" installation charge is actually 3 months, not one. I also mentioned liking Premier Soccer and haven't seen one channel that has it (in English)... Otherwise though, with all their mishaps they're still better than their competitors!
Very happy with services from AT&T! Service guy was actually earlier than the time slot, friendly, and completed the process in under 30 minutes. The Internet speed is wonderful and no issues to speak of at this time. I will definitely refer friends and family to AT&T.
Internet service is fast but customer service needs improvement
The install and internet setup was very fast and everything works great.
Installation was a breeze and the technician was professional and quick. The phone is working great and as expected. Internet is not a stable as I expected, I get 404 errors about 5% of the time and have to hit "refresh". I'm waiting/hoping AT&T will unleash their ultrafast internet in my area soon so I won't have to go back to TimeWarner just for internet.

After having another provider for 3 years, the price could not be beat to switch. The installer arrived on time and was done quickly. I have had the phone and tv service for less than a month, but so far so good.

I had AT&T U-VERSE before (when it first came to my area) and it was choppy. It would freeze all the time. I had frequent service calls from the inside guy and the outside guy, the cost kept increasing so I canceled and went to Time Warner. I had no problems with the service but they thought they were selling me gold and I just had the basic service with their cable box. Two years later, I decided to give AT&T a call. The sales person was pleasant and professional. She answered my question in entirety and quoted me a planned I could afford with more than I had with Time Warner. The installation went on without one hiccup and the installer was not stiff-necked. When he left I knew I had met a new friend. By the way I have not had a single problem. My comment to AT&T - what you have achieved in two years only tells me AT&T listens and places the needs of their customers first. The way to go is AT&T.

AT&T was very helpful in giving us a deal when we were considering another company. The online set up is pretty straight forward, and the graphics are simple and easy to follow. I've heard good things about AT&T service, so I look forward to seeing how it goes.
The installer was very friendly. The wireless service is great. My only issue is that no one told me how to connect my internet to my Directv service. Now I can not use my TV apps until the services are connected.
Do wish they didn't require a credit check, but otherwise satisfied.

The guy who came to install the service was friendly and worked quickly. He also really knew his stuff. I'm a "computer guy" as they say, and I was asking about some of the nitty gritty technical details and he knew the deal. On top of that I was pleased to see I was pulling down ~23Mbps with up going at around 11-12Mbps. Pretty good, especially when you're not getting dropped every few hours like with Time Warner Cable. If you have TWC, drop them immediately and get AT&T. Trust me, it's worth it.

I was extremely thrilled with the level of customer service that the technician doing our install provided. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, and provided the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a utility or cable provider. I did receive some misinformation from the AT&T representative on the phone when I ordered the service, but the technician got us on the right track and answered all of our questions. We have been reasonably pleased with the reliability and speed of the internet service so far, although it sporadically cuts out on us and does not provide a strong wireless signal throughout our home.
After being very frustrated that AT&T sent me the wrong gateway for my set up they really took care of everything by sending out someone to fix it free of charge. The man that came was extremely nice and professional, on time and just really took a bad experience and turned it around. Thanks!
