We have been trying to get UVERSE installed since 3/18. There has been issue after issue. We have taken time off work 3 different times. Once they never showed up and the other 2 times they were unable to resolve the issue. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. Very UNHAPPY so far.
Service was great, install was quick and easy and professionally done. Performance is fantastic.

I am enjoying the service. I really miss the Hallmark station. I watched a lot of their series. I am hoping that you will be able to bring this contract to resolution. I've had no problems with the Internet. The service is fine. My installer was really great.
I really like the speed of the internet however I didn't get the promo price I was promised. After a few phone calls and being placed on hold for an extended time, Patrick resolved the problem. He went above and beyond what I expected in customer service. Hats off to Patrick, a job well done!

I was very happy about the ease of setting up installation when I wanted it. The technician was really great. He made sure that I understood everything he did and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. I was impressed by that.
I have had AT&T internet for many years. I have never Had a bad experience with it. Recently I ordered AT&T u-verse TV. They installed the next day. The gentlemen who installed were awesome. They were friendly, respectful, fast & efficient. We Love it! Customer service is so dedicated to make sure we the customer are satisfied. I have never had anything negative happen. I would highly recommend AT&T to anyone. As soon as our cell phone contract is up with our current provider, we will also have our cell service through AT&T as well!
Had a hard time with the call center ( several disconnects ) and a lost order. The service guys that set it up in the home were great.
