We recently moved into a new place. We switched services because of the great deal they were offering. Everything went smoothly and first, but we did have a few hiccups. We got our self installation kit and set it up. But it wouldn't work. We realized that it can take up until 8pm of the service start date for it to work. We waited until the next day but it still wouldn't work. I called the customer service line and they sent over a tech within the hour. He set up everything and by the time he left I was all set.

We had trouble connecting to the DSL. Some representatives were more helpful than others (we had to call multiple times). There was one rep that was very helpful and even called us back on subsequent shifts to ensure our Internet was up me working.
