The installation process was a nightmare. They had the wrong sales order with the incorrect package requested and the incorrect number of receivers. The installation technician was awesome in immediately resolving the issue. Also, pay close attention to the bundle package that that you are receiving. I told AT&T that I wanted to keep my existing home number and wanted unlimited minutes for home phone calling. When the installer arrived, I had a completely brand new number and found out that only had 250 outgoing minutes available for home phone. I called AT&T and they upgraded my phone plan for unlimited but of course it was extra money per month. The customer service number is a nightmare. The automated system is difficult to navigate through. I have had the service for a week now and it is good.

Only had the service about a month, but so far, so good. Our technician was polite and went through everything and took a good amount of time explaining the different aspects of the new service, especially on the tv installation. My husband even had a question for Keita a couple of days after installation and called his cell number that he left for us. Keita responded promptly answered the question and we were satisfied. It's nice to have a personal customer service response instead of a computer prompting you through 10 steps. Hopefully, things will continue to be good going forward

While the installation was on time the guy didn't bother to ask how I wanted my cable set up on my entertainment stand. Put the router and the tower on the outside. Then preceeded to unplug my DVD player to use the audio video ports instead of hdmi connections he said that att had "cheap" cords. Even tho I had my own from my last cable set up which weren't cheap... Told me I would just have to unplug and plug in my DVD player when I wanted to use it. Nottttt convenient at all. Then I got my first bill which is 36$ more then quoted. I plan on contacting someone when I've got time to discuss with a sales rep I'm sure. So far. Not so good

I love the speed of the connection. I've had DSL before and had some intermittent interruption, so this is pretty good. There was a mixup on the installation date, but AT&T satisfied the problem to my satisfaction.

U-verse has been great so far. The technicians who did installation worked all day to ensure we had service on our installation date even though there were issues with the AT&T wiring from the pole to our home. Thanks guys!

We signed up, and had several days of difficulty getting it installed. After installation, we were greeted by several days of "outages" on and off. Tried to learn what was going on , but very difficult to get information. "Help line" was misnamed. Fortunately, the newspaper had some information. So far, I rate your service as "terrible". When it works, it is faster than our old DSL, so you get one star, Sorry, but that is the truth. I hope it improves quickly.

The installer arrived during the scheduled time and did a thorough job of making sure everything was set-up and working properly before he left. He even took the time to explain the general functioning of the remote and AT&T's menu screens. The TV and internet service has worked as expected with no issues thus far; that is to say, much better than the other company we were using before switiching to AT&T.
