I have been a customer before for over 5 years, but when I moved to my new house and there is no ATT service in my place until now, so went back to ATT after the fiber service available in my area. No issue so far. Technician was very polite and efficient. His picture was sent to me before his arrival for me to know who is coming to my home. I love it. Thanks ATT.

I got my AT&T U-verse and land line set up on moving day without a hitch. Jeff was very helpful and got the install done fast. I was able o relax and watch TV that night :)
DSL is not that fast. Unfortunately, only 6 Mbps is the fastest offered in my area. All staff is friendly and process of getting account access online is a bit convoluted.
So far I like AT&T better than TWC. Their staff is friendly all the time. I like the internet service. I just wish they offered faster than 6 Mbps for DSL in my area. The slow internet is becoming an issue and possibly a deal breaker.
The gentleman that came to install the equipment was very knowledgeable about the services. He was polite and installed the equipment in not time!!

The installation process was a nightmare. They had the wrong sales order with the incorrect package requested and the incorrect number of receivers. The installation technician was awesome in immediately resolving the issue. Also, pay close attention to the bundle package that that you are receiving. I told AT&T that I wanted to keep my existing home number and wanted unlimited minutes for home phone calling. When the installer arrived, I had a completely brand new number and found out that only had 250 outgoing minutes available for home phone. I called AT&T and they upgraded my phone plan for unlimited but of course it was extra money per month. The customer service number is a nightmare. The automated system is difficult to navigate through. I have had the service for a week now and it is good.
I had hoped for coordinated service for the subscription. Instead I had to make calls to each of at&t and DirecTV to get basic cable and high-speed internet service. I would have much preferred U-verse and, at a minimum, dealing with one customer service team.
Had some issues with installation at first, but they were able to get it sorted out. happy with the service so far.

Only had the service about a month, but so far, so good. Our technician was polite and went through everything and took a good amount of time explaining the different aspects of the new service, especially on the tv installation. My husband even had a question for Keita a couple of days after installation and called his cell number that he left for us. Keita responded promptly answered the question and we were satisfied. It's nice to have a personal customer service response instead of a computer prompting you through 10 steps. Hopefully, things will continue to be good going forward

Customer service has been very helpful. I sometimes have trouble understanding the dialect of the person I'm speaking with and getting a new service takes a little longer than I would expect given today's technology but overall I'm happy with the service.
Thus far I am happy with my internet service after having it for about two weeks. It covers my whole house.

Worked to get a plan that fit my budget. Didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. Internet options are a great deal for the speed you get.

When the tech came to install he was extremely professional and worked diligently towards the overall goal. However, something with my registration was messed up and I didn't have internet for a few days after install. I contacted my tech Chris and he assisted me with great proficiency. After a few days my registration was complete and I had Internet, which has overall been good.
Shannon the installation technician went above and beyond the call of dduty to make sure I was connected and up to full functionality before leaving. He even left his cell number in case I had questions. So far I have had great connection.

Our house didn't get a signal so they had to call in some other guy to help. It took all day to get internet working but all in all it was a decent experience
Chanel changing is fast have had a guy come out to correct issues but still way better than TWC
New to Charlotte and after a brief encounter with another service was delighted to find AT&T tv, phone, and internet! Installation was professional. Installer was personable and well spoken. Installer wore clothing that identified him as an AT&T installer. Installer left a contact number and information if I ran into problems with any of my services. I haven't needed to use it, but after my interaction with the installer I would not hesitate to call if I Had any problems with my services. Best television reception ever.
Everything seems to be working perfectly so far. Should have dropped Time Warner years ago.

Had such a wonderful experience when I originally called to order the service. I was pleasantly surprised again when the technician came right on time and installed my service so quickly. Both employees I came in contact with were fantastic, and my service has been great ever since.
While the installation was on time the guy didn't bother to ask how I wanted my cable set up on my entertainment stand. Put the router and the tower on the outside. Then preceeded to unplug my DVD player to use the audio video ports instead of hdmi connections he said that att had "cheap" cords. Even tho I had my own from my last cable set up which weren't cheap... Told me I would just have to unplug and plug in my DVD player when I wanted to use it. Nottttt convenient at all. Then I got my first bill which is 36$ more then quoted. I plan on contacting someone when I've got time to discuss with a sales rep I'm sure. So far. Not so good
I had att in another area and it was better than time warner cable. moved to my current state and couldnt find att service until recently. still better than TWC. Signal is great hadnt had another interruptions of service. Dvr service is awesome. customer service very helpful, except the first time i called and they tried to sell me more products/service, but after that very helpful.
I was informed of all of my options and the tech was very friendly. All and all great service.

I have had AT&T service in the past with no problems and referred everyone I knew. However, when I had to move and reestablish service It took several phone calls to finally get what I needed. Almost a whole month just to get service at my home. Customer Service was very poor. But I am satisfied with the service.
I'm not to happy with my new service
ATT was good this time.So far I am quite pleased with the service.The technician Shane was very good in installing and explaining things to me.He even offered to help with any problems I may have.TTT sent another technician who was also very good when I had problems with the remotes. I am not always happy with ATT but I am happy so far.

The people I spoke with and the tech who came to set up my internet were helpful and very friendly. They set me up with what worked best for me and made sure it all worked well. I'd suggest AT&T to anyone setting up Internet.
It took 2 days my service to work. I called 3 times before I could find someone who could fix my problem. Then they sent 2 technicians to fix the issue which further delayed my service.
I have the service for 10 days now. It has been good as advertised , internet speed has been as expected for the plan. The installation process was quick and knowledgeable. I am very happy that I have switched from Time Warner Cable. Should have done it long time ago !!! Glad I did and it is all worth it!!
anything to get away from TWC. Had AT&T before and loved it. Just found that they have DSL in by building now and I got it right away. ATT DSL is faster than TWC BB.

When I first had the internet installed in my house , it wouldn't work properly and I was discouraged. The manager called me and said he would get this issued solved and he stuck to his work and resolved the problem I was having. Two thumbs up for him and at&t. Our installation went well, just a minor hiccup. Customer Service has been a big help in a timely fashion.. Love U-Verse, the only thing missing is Hallmark Channel.

Was excited to use at&t - but did not have good experience with the customer service team- disconnect between sales and uverse and dsl-got transferred and hung up on a lot trying to get internet activated.

I was so frustrated and disappointed in my pervious provider's service and when I called AT&T, all of that went away. Every person I have spoken with in customer service has been very sympathetic, patient and helpful. They stay on the line with you until your problem is resolved and walk you through step by step. I hadn't had Internet in almost a month but once I called AT&T, it literally took 2 days to get me the equipment and my service up and running. LOVE THIS COMPANY!
I switched to U-verse from Time Warner Cable. The technician, Randy, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did a very good job installing my new service, answered my questions and demonstrated and explained some of the features of my new internet and cable services. Also, I already noticed positive improvements both in the cable and internet performance. I love the new (to me) DVR feature. So far so good!

Best service yet. Installer did an excellent job and even helped clean up the mess left my my "last" service. Im sticking with AT&T from now on. No reason to budge on this decision, prices are better and the service from the company is five stars!
I was trying to get cell and home service... I was quoted one price of the cell service on the phone...but I went into the corporate office and quoted another price so I canceled the cell service...and the home service have not worked since I had it connected...so my experience have not been that good....

I love the speed of the connection. I've had DSL before and had some intermittent interruption, so this is pretty good. There was a mixup on the installation date, but AT&T satisfied the problem to my satisfaction.
U-verse has been great so far. The technicians who did installation worked all day to ensure we had service on our installation date even though there were issues with the AT&T wiring from the pole to our home. Thanks guys!

We signed up, and had several days of difficulty getting it installed. After installation, we were greeted by several days of "outages" on and off. Tried to learn what was going on , but very difficult to get information. "Help line" was misnamed. Fortunately, the newspaper had some information. So far, I rate your service as "terrible". When it works, it is faster than our old DSL, so you get one star, Sorry, but that is the truth. I hope it improves quickly.

The TV and internet service has worked as expected with no issues thus far; that is to say, much better than the other company we were using before switiching to AT&T.
