Installation process went very smoothly. Was notified of appointment times and changes via email which was very convenient. Installer arrived on time and reviewed my order and installed all my digital boxes ( 7 total) and explained operation of u-verse system which I was unfamiliar with. This was a horrible experience. I called to set up my home phone service 2 weeks ago because I needed a landline set up for my work. Today was the scheduled day for installation and the technician told me that you don't have AT&T home phone coverage in this neighborhood. You guys have wasted 2 weeks of my time and your tech's time sending him there to set up my home phone service. I have been a long time AT&T customer and I think this was my worst experience ever. The associate that I called to discuss this situation with was worthless. She asked me for my phone number almost 5 times and her final answer was that this order has been cancelled and I have to find another company for my home phone services. She told me that he sales department that sold me the service had no way of knowing that you guys didn't provide service in my neighborhood. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she told me that they will tell me the same thing. I demanded to speak to a supervisor, after being on hold for over 5 minutes I was just hung up on. I received no call back or anything. This was a very disappointing experience and it may be the reason why I might cancel my AT&T Services.

So far not so good on the install. We scheduled install on January 22 for install date of 2/8. Lined up all the other services that needed DSL for 2/9. A happy "ATT" rep called me last night (2/5) and said they couldn't make the 8th and it was now the 11th. Now waiting for supervisor to call me back to see if they can make it right. Only been 16 hours so far waiting for the call back. So lessons learned 1) don't schedule too far in advance 2) don't schedule other services that need DSL too close to the promised date.
