I have had nothing but trouble from AT&T since ordering this service. First, our installation was delayed. Then, our hardware was delayed. We were told that there would be a $50 fee, even though we self-installed, but the AT&T hookup person said we should NOT be charged ANY fee for self-install. I asked to combine our DirecTV account with AT&T. Spent 45 minutes of my own personal cell minutes doing so, only to find out our DirecTV package does not qualify for a bundle discount. This could have been avoided if Jerrell, my CSR, had determined this up front. He was supposed UNbundle our package, but as of this date, it has NOT be fixed. (6/30/15) The above transactions caused our original account number to change, thus CANCELING our internet service until the new account number hit the system. I was never informed that any of this would occur. We were told we could stream movies, only to find out from tech we can NOT! We were lied to from the get-go by TWO different sales representatives. Our speed is slow, and AFTER we bought our service, we were told that for $5 extra a month, we could upgrade to 3 mbps, which according to the tech, is still NOT enough to stream movies. I have spent more minutes of my VZW cell time trying to fix all this, minutes I do NOT have, and find that the reason I left AT&T seven years ago is still a problem ... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tech who came to our house was FANTASTIC! Loved him, but he is the only one who seems to care about the service provided. AT&T as a corporation stinks, and when I am able to find another ISP, I will be dumping AT&T faster than you can say "Liar, Liar, pants on fire!" Horrible experience.
