Ordering process was easy and the young lady I spoke with very pleasant. However, when asked, what kind of modem is used and could i get a list of approved modems, she nor her manager were unable to answer the question and i was told to ask the install tech when he arrived as he should have the answer. The install tech was unable to answer the question as well and said that the one he had on the truck is the only one he knew of. Additionally, there was some scheduling issues as i was told the install date would be one day only several days later to get an email saying my order could not be completed and i needed to call and speak with a representative. I did so and as it turned out my order didn't need anything further; however, once the representative released the hold on the order my install date was moved to another date. Overall, nice people, potentially flawed or bad processes.
