Service was awesome! Tech (Chad) was knowledgeable, funny, quick and made the installation process enjoyable. I had Uverse in the past and was so excited to have it available to me again. Really enjoy the customer friendly aspect.

I have just switched from Time Warner and have nothing but praise for AT&T. The rates are lower the technician showed up at the assigned time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I have recommended AT&T to all my friends.

We got hooked up to AT&T U-Verse for the first time. We love it so far. I gave four stars because we've had technician out one time to check the lines because we were not getting the download speed we were supposed to. Other than that, love the service. We have internet and tv, plus as a bonus, received Amazon Prime and HBO for a year.

The guy who came out to install our internet was great. Very professional, very helpful, and even followed up afterwards to make sure we were good to go.
I had a good experience getting AT&T internet hooked up in my home. Good customer service & the equipment arrived in a timely fashion. Someone even walked me through setting up everything over the phone.
The customer service reps are very nice over the phone- however, extremely long wait times (upwards of 45 minutes at some times) and the fact that I was forced to wait 3 weeks!!!!! After I signed up for Internet to have my account activated and set up is just ridiculous. I also had the guy that set up my original order tell me there was a service where a service guy would remote in once the Internet was activated to set up my devices- however, I was later told by a different rep that that option didn't even exist...? Bizarre.
Great service, very fast and everyone I've dealt with so far has been great. The customer service people were super nice and knowledgeable. And the fellow who came out to check why it wasn't working at first (ended up being a house wiring problem) fixed it right there in just a few minutes and was very friendly.
It took 6 days from when I started my service to when outside lines were finally fixed to the point of having internet service. Along the way some tech support reps were helpful, some were not, and others told me blatantly false information. Not a great way to start a business relationship.
My electronic devices were received on time and when self-installed, worked just fine. My internet service has been great and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks,
We have enjoyed the change in service. The connection is better and our overall home IT system is working better. The only negative is a surprise on our bill. We are trying to work this out.
