I just signed up with high speed internet from AT&T. I've heard a lot of good things and a lot of bad things from this company's customers and past customers. I've decided to try it myself and so far I love it. I love that they came out and hooked everything up without me having to watch them. I also love that the package for the router came really fast within 3-5 business days and it was super easy to install. Thanks for the great service!

had problems with date of install. was told one day and email did not match. had to call to get fixed. at install tech could not get my phone number ported over. ended up with a temp phone number for 6 days. tech was at my house over 5 hours trying to resolve that day but couldn't. had to call for a service call as my home alarm would not arm do to sensor issue from phone box being replaced. tech that came out to fix that sucked!! He did not know what to do and rescheduled the repair. I ended up repairing myself in less than 20 minutes and cancelled the repair. I actually ended up running into the first tech around town that weekend. he said the other tech called him too. First tech great, second tech bad. On a side note I received multiple emails about my new account but not one of them was a summary of what I ordered or what reward i will be getting for switching. When I called customer service they told me they do not have a way to email that to me. I would have to wait until everything was installed and my account activated. I found this to be very shady that they could not provide me something in writing of what I ordered. As far as the service it is working as promised

I had direct TV leave wires across my doorways and bill kept climbing every month. Every time it rained we lost service. AT &T had a jamb up installer ,super professional and top notch installation where he went out of his way to give us a better install with no wires in trip zones. Honestly my whole other cable experiences have been less than satisfactory.AT &T is the only way to go and offers prepaid cell service with real internet not snail net like metro and boost Thanks Your the best !

I had a real issue with my services from June 1st 2014 to July 1st 2014/ in fact lost all services and went without internet/ television/ telephone thru your issues and had numerous service calls/ sometimes as many as three a week and many of them they stood me up for and AT&T could not resolve/ so after 30 days of being to the point of no return I had no choice but to switch to another provider, since I cover 3 states for business, have a grandchild at home, and a security system that became of no value, could not conduct business, watch tv/ have a phone, ridiculous. The new company had was even worse, you could not use two computers at the same time, with the internet and I was paying for the highest speed/ so I CAME BACK TO YOU and the tech guys that came to the house went above and beyond and made my life much better, I mean it took 3 techs over 2 days to get me up and running but they worked thru every problem and got me back to normal and I thank you very much for this because I was loyal to you for cell/ home/ tv/internet for over 15 years and was so crushed when I had to switch and I am so glad to be back with you/ thank you/
