The worst experience of my life was getting home phone service landline for my mom in Florida. 20 phone calls, seriously, and each time the customer service rep gave me wrong information. First they couldn't find my order, the next rep finds it and now there are 2, then the next time they say they will port my number over, 4 weeks later I find out it can't be done, each of 3 times I called I got a different rate for the same service, on hold sometimes for close to an hour (56 minutes to be exact was the longest), the lines weren't working, took 2 days and 4 calls to get someone to put in an order to fix that, I ask to have a name changed, they add a name instead of changing it, and so on and so on and so on and so on. The absolute WORST and nobody to complain to and nobody truly cares. I am switching cell phone service from AT&T because of this. Sadly, AT&T is the only landline carrier in the area that I can use.

Working through the different bundles can be frustrating. And the signal locks up almost daily although usually just 10-20 as a rule. They are big on the contracts at a time most companies are moving away from this. Other than that I love the service and I came back to them as soon as I moved. The customer service has been great and a better value than Comcast. I'm happy with everything so far.
