Att Internet service has been really good. I got it for my school work and it has been really fast and reliable. The service has been so good that I'm upgrading to get cable as well. In glad I chose Att as my service provider and I would tell people to get i, it's good service.
Despite the cancellation of my contract earlier on due to a conflict with information in the system, customer support was very good with quickly resolving the conflict and the installment of the system was impeccable.
Unfortunately the services isn't what I'm expected because the signal is very low. Obviously the place where I'm live isnt help in that situacion. But however I'm guess the services probably good in some places, not everywhere like is supost to be.

Internet seems to be slower that Brighthouse. Signal is bad even in same room. But I haven't called to see it they can remedy this, so maybe there are kinks to work out. The customer service has been great.
The install went very well. The workers were courteous and helpful. They explained the work that was done and gave instructions to operate the equipment. The service has been great so far.

It was really easy and quick for them to set up our service. We did have a mix up in days they were supposed to set up but they quickly got us a new day and came right on time! The internet itself works great too.

I was losing my existing internet service 'Clear' in 6 weeks, so I sought out internet service available in my area and settled on Comcast, but after 6 scheduled install dates over 4 weeks and subsequently failed ones due to lack of supervisory coordination of appropriate manpower and equipment, I cancelled their contract. I talked with my neighbor who had AT&T services and called them. I was connected with a very knowledgable person who explained the available services I wanted. I was able to decide to go with a internet and TV service that worked for my needs and she was able to schedule an installation date within a couple of days. The installation tech showed up on time, calling me before hand to notify me of his time line. After reviewing the field conditions and discussion with his supervisor, the necessary personnel showed up and a successful installation was completed that afternoon. I was very pleased with the professional and knowledgable attitudes of the AT&T personnel. My original install tech was able to complete the in home connections and offered a very concise explanation how everything worked . Overall this was an excellent experience and left me with a very satisfied feeling.
My order had been a complete mess from the day I requested service. If there were another carrier available, I would have switched immediately.

The technician hooked up my U-verse, and forgot to hook my land line phone back up. It took two days to get my phone turned back on.
Overall experience with AT&T has been unsatisfactory due to the numerous representative it took to get service connected. As a customer, AT&T may not be recommended to a new customer such as myself because of the experience. As a customer, we thought AT&T would be the best option regarding Internet and phone because of the great rate but the customer service aspect of the process has not been the best.

The service has been exceptional. My phone works without a problem as does my internet. I had a bit of trouble with my first bill but when I called the customer service guy was very helpful and nice. I would recommend AT&T to all my friends and family!
Installation tech was on time and pleasant. Everything went well I thought. But he forgot to tell me they were changing my phone #. Four days to get my old phone # back. Within 10 minutes of my phone number being re-activated, I received a sales call from someone who obviously got my information from AT&T. Now I am getting junk mail that can also be linked to my information being sold by AT&T. So I am not so happy with AT&T's marketing people.

Loved the customer service! First off, the phone call was so easy and everything was explained at a basic knowledge level so I could understand what I was buying. Second, the guy who set up my internet was very knowledgeable on my specific service at my location. I had quite I few questions and all were answered with great costumer service skills. Even better yet is my internet performs flawlessly!

He was personable, professional and knew what he was doing. The install was completed in a timely manner without obstacles, at least that I'm aware of. The experience at first was not a pleasant one due to problems with the outside network connections. I have to say that the customer service has made it a much more bearable process. I am still very new to the service, but so far the problem was fixed, and the service was professional and expedient.

CSR was excellent! He took the time to talk through all of the internet service options, and explained all of the costs and fees. Installation was fast and easy, I was able to do it myself. Good speed for the price! I paid twice as much with a local competitor. I look forward to expanding and continuing my services with AT&T!
