This service is for a 94 year old woman in assisted living and we were told it would take a maximum of 48 hours to be up and running, instead we were notified in 48 hours later it would not be turned on until 8 days from the original order date. I made several phone calls to no avail. This assisted living facility is already set up for AT&T, has your cable service and suggested it would be easier and quicker to have AT&T phone service.

The first call to obtain service was fantastic. Installation went well. Callsade to installer in day of install were promptly returned. My bill arrived and it was way off what I signed up for but the CSR's were fantastic. Overall, the internet service works well. Thank you. Now, as long as the bill is correct each month, we will have a long and happy partnership.

It took me several hours and several different agents to set up a a temporary land line in the apart. I am renting for 2-month vacation in Florida. First the issue was my Canadian and not US SIN. The system did not want to accept it. After this hurdle was cleared (it took 3 agents and 2 hours on the phone), the land line setting process took 4 days. And after it has been activated and I was using it for about 10 days I receive an automatic message that I would be billed for long-distance calls to Canada although from the very start I confirmed with several agents that my plan covers unlimited long-distance in USA and Canada. I had to call back and spend over an hour again with another agent to put things straight. He admitted there was an error made and modified the plan. Except for all that, the labnd line seems to be working fine. I am planning to buy a condo in Florida and then I will be needing a subscription to a bundle of services and I will be looking at different companies. If my experience with AT&T is good I may go with you. If not too bad
