The csr was very personable and friendly. I was surprised at the great deal I got! Everything went smoothly although I did expect to get my equipment sooner once I got it the local service guy actually came by earlier than expected to install it. So I didn't have to wait till that night for service.

I really dont have a good review to place. For one I was lied to twice just so they could make a sale. When I got my bill it was a hundred dollars more then what it was suppose to be. And when I called the girl I talk to didnt want to listen to anything I had to say. And she hung up on me. My service could be alot better. All I can get in my area is internet which I need for my business. Would like to have tv but they dont have u verse tv for this area. Make sure you get the name and employee number from everyone you talk to at at&t.
