This is a new service and the installer did a very nice job. However the service has crashed on many occations. Sent another tech out. Very good guy and helpful. Hoping they got it right.

To start your customer service is horrible, It seems like I was transferred to foreign speaking CSR's..who could not solve my issue. I had to drive to the ATT service area/warehouse up the street from me, after standing in the hot sun, waiting for someone to come out the building, because it is a gated secured area, someone came out and walked over, and got me a site supervisor, he looked at my service order, and sent a bucket truck to my house for them to correct the issue.After loosing a day from work, and waiting all day for a technician to come in to resolve. the problem.Finally the issue has been corrected by my local ATT service crew, and I have internet. So far I am happy with the service, no disconnections, or loose of signal. I hope my review can help you in pin pointing the problems in Customer Service. Sincerly C, Jones
Enjoyed working with our technician! The device has been wonderful. Still a little more than we would like to pay for internet, but so thankful ATT is living up to their standards!
We so appreciated our interaction with our ATT technician. We don't always love the price, but the service and the consistency of the Internet service. Overall, this has been a great experience. Hoping Uverse will be available in my area soon.

I give 1 star only because I was unable to give 0. The internet is slow and outdated, but that's all they could offer me at this location. My order was messed up twice, and dealing with customer service was a nightmare. I spent more time on hold and being transferred between departments than I did actually speaking to a representative. I was even hung up on once without being called back. This has not been a pleasant experience overall and I do not feel like a valued customer; I will be looking into cable.
