I had placed an order on November 27 to what I thought to begin service December 15th, admittedly I didn't check my email when received from AT&T because for whatever reason I didn't think I needed too. Only to find out on Saturday December 12th when the representative call to verify information telling me the service was scheduled for December 14th(today) between 9am to 11am, I reiterated that wasn't what was supposed to be scheduled it was after 1pm to 3pm the representative assured me that wouldn't be a problem, But apparently it was because I received a voice mail from the installer basically telling me it wasn't going to happen, that he threw the work order back and will have to be rescheduled. I called 3-4 times this morning to try to get rescheduled for this afternoon stating I was considering canceling the order, not one representative took the stand to see what they could do to assist me to stop just telling me that they will place me with the cancelation department, What happened to trying to keep a potentially new customer happy? I want to rid myself if my curtain carrier, that is the only reason I did not canel

I signed up for AT&T wifi and was given a date that the system would be installed. I would be receiving a router in the mail then all I had to do was plug the system in. I did not receive the equipment the day I was told I would receive it. I called and my delivery date had been pushed back a week and I had not received any notification. I finally received my equipment and hooked the router up. the WIFI is great! If I had been notified about the change in delivery schedule I would give 5 stars, but I would say 4 1/2 .
