From the time I called to check into ordering my service to the installation of service everyone I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. The installer was knowledgeable about everything we asked and set up all our devices for us and showed us how to in future. Then we had a guy stop by a few days later to see if all was well. We couldn't have asked for better service.

What a great place for service so far! There was a issue with the Hd channels not turning on, so I called the guy who installed the system and he said he'd be back there to see what was going on in a half hour. Not only was he there sooner, he had been in the drive way on the phone for ten minuets figure out what was going on so all he did was come in and check it after the phone call. Great Service Team! I'll recomend you for sure!

My service technician was wonderful as was everyone I spoke to on the phone. I didn't realize though when I agreed to the GeekSquad service to connect my internet it was signed me up for them indefinitely. It was a HUGE hassle to get it canceled and they did nothing to help with installation.
