Tried to order service and on the 3rd try I finally had an order complete. First order I tried to place the lady completely messed up all of my information and told me a service tech would be coming out on Saturday to install my service. I called back when I never received an email confirmation only to find out that all of my information was wrong and she signed me up for self install. Once my order was finally a placed my installation date was set up for that following Saturday only to get moved again to that Monday. When I tried to switch dates I could not get ANYONE on the phone that wasn't from oversees. I ended up finally getting service after 2 in a half weeks and having to take a day of work.. On the plus side, I now have service and the person who came to install was nice and quick.

When I called AT&T, all I knew was I wanted internet. The customer service agent led me through the process and provided detailed information which assisted in my decisions. I received all the equipment I needed in just a few days, and I was able to set everything up to connect for service on my own with just the simple instruction sheet included with my equipment. I also registered online in less than 5 minutes and was able to pay my bill without complication. ALL was just plain easy! I love that. I am very pleased and would recommend AT&T without hesitation.

I've used AT&T U-Verse in the past and had a great experience. This time has been a little more frustrating--in terms of getting the internet installed and working. Customer service was helpful in scheduling someone to come out and take a look, but it's been a challenge to readjust my bill for the 11 days I have not had service (but paid for). Other than that, I'm satisfied with the quality of service received from the call center employees.

I was very pleased with the people who came to my home to do the installation. They were efficient, very cordial, and very helpful. A few days after the initial installation, we had a minor problem. The service I received from AT&T was nothing to write home about, as it took multiple visits to get the internet functional. Not to mention that AT&T takes advantage of their customers by forcing them to subscribe to a Geek Squad service just to plug the modem into the wall themselves. The representative told me they would provide technical assistance if I had any issues hooking up the modem. When I actually did have a problem, Geek Squad pretty much told me to get lost. Thanks AT&T for making me pay for something I can not use. The product I cannot complain about.
