So far so good. Taking my time to understand all of the options with the phone service. Install was fast and setting up to pay on line was easy. The service man was kind and was eager to explain anything I questioned. All in all I look forward to being a happy customer.
Pleased to be back with AT&T but sales told me they I could sign up for DirecTv and that they would remove my old existing satellite dish and install anew one with my new service. After numerous phone calls and one tech visit I am now without cable and satellite.
It's working great and I'm really happy with it.
Good service except that most people I have had to speak to are difficult to understand. Need to hire people who speak English. Also have had one man who was rude to me. That is part of the reason I left time warner not just the expense of the bill.
We just had the service installed and have had no issues. The servicemen that did the install were very informative and did a great job inside and out. We are already talking about adding more services through AT&T. Thank you!
I love my new phone and internet connection I always can get internet faster than I thought thanks and if I have a problem there is always someone to help me with it

OUR TECHNICIAN DID A GREAT JOB...VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND COMPLETELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING--ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND EVEN THE NEXT DAY, WHEN WE DID HAVE A SLIGHT ISSUE--JOSH CAME BACK TO THE HOUSE AND EXPLAINED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM HIMSELF....AFTER WE CALLED DIRECT TV AND SPOKE WITH A TECHNICIAN FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICE AND JOSH DID A FANTASTIC JOB! THANK YOU

Sorry I had to cancel my U-verse service. No fault of AT&T. Sure was difficult to cancel. I had to cancel with one computer operator and 3 representatives. My phone service has been great and when there is a problem your company handles the repair quickly.

Christopher was our guy who installed our internet. Wow! What an awesome experience. Very polite. Very informative (answered any questions I had). In and out of the house numerous times and ALWAYS put booties over his shoes :) He called a few days later to check if we had any questions/problems. The internet was a little slow response time at first. Christopher called a few days later to check if we had any questions/problems. I mentioned the slow response time and he said AT&T was aware of it and were working to solve the problem. Thanks AT&T and Christopher! :)

Great service but customer service needs some improvement
Easy installation with a great installer. Went online for clarification and had great online chat with all my questions answered.
I switched to ATT uverse a couple weeks ago and my experience thus far has been significantly better than with my previous service provider. Prices are reasonable and the employees have all gone above and beyond to be not only personable but incredibly helpful. I'm so glad I switched!
My tech who installed for us did a fantastic job. He was friendly and actually familiar with the setup of the property so he was able to set it up for us easily and quickly. The guy who did my original account setup was a real pleasure to work with and over all I'm really enjoying the service. I've already started recommending it to people with whom I work.

LOVE! The service is fast and efficient! I had questions about my bill and I called their customer service line, and the person I talked to was friendly and so very helpful. Not only were they concerned about my call, but also how I was doing for the day as well. Not every company's customer service people are like that! Also, I love the bill break down that is sent to me every month! It's its so helpful! I'm considering switching all of my services to ATT now!
